“rooms smell of chemicals, some weird insects in the bathroom, food is not fresh, smell of fruit going bad at the fruit place, half of the appliances in our room did not work, most of the staff is unhelpful - even though the hotel was nearly empty with full staff (corona period) - took them good 10-15 minutes to bring a menu. to be completely fair there were 2-3 people who knew what they were doing the rest were not making any effort. the only good thing was the weather and the air temperature.”
