Estadia de 5 noites com vários incidentes. Half board com pouca variedade e repetitiva. Alguns funcionários pouco simpaticos e menos disponíveis. Recusa em servir o jantar da última noite porque já não estávamos na lista. Proibição de bebermos agua que comprámos fora. De positivo o bom ambiente e instalações elegantes.

We have always had good experiences staying at Melia hotels but I felt this trip deserved a special mention not just because anyone contemplating a holiday but unsure because of covid should definitely go, relax, and get away from it all but mostly because the staff and whole holiday deserve a mention. It was so good to be away and in a lovely haven away from all the current madness. Being there it was impossible to worry or even think about the news, amber +, or anything other than which cocktail to choose and where to go to dinner. Main reason for the review is the staff, they could not have been more helpful or kind to us. Maria and Paul at reception went out of their way to help us when we needed on many occasion for which we are truly grateful and all the team were great throughout our stay. Our son was too young for the kids club with covid measures however the kids club team (I'm sorry I'm so bad with names!) were so welcoming to him for the family events and any time they saw him or were with him, they went above and beyond in letting him join in where possible. He loved every second he could spend with them and wished he could go to the club with the older children. They are so great with kids and were always happy, friendly and energetic, even in the heat and working very long days. The disco nights will be a fond memory for me forever, my son still sings chuchuwa and the hokey cokey everywhere. Ha. Also last special mention to the gym instructors, great classes and so friendly, Remi?¿ (i think she was called) and a guy I always forgot to ask his name, always saved me a space and were amazing!! I definitely wish I had them here, SUP pilates is so lovely. Classes can get busy but if so they offer additional classes which is great! Their days are full on but they were always happy and gave their all. I hope they have a great season and people take the chance, it is worth all the tests! Also talking of tests, you can book and have the return to uk test in the hotel. So easy! Hotel in general was lovely, adults only pool for those who want it with music and close to the bar. All other pools and amenities great, sauna was shut because covid but gym was open and had good range of equipment for a holiday workout. Regular sanitising and extra covid measures were in place but it wasn't imposing and it felt so nice to feel away from the madness of the last year. We had a suite and level access, we were able to check in early and check out super late. The room was lovely, the bath with a view is a lovely addition. We will definitely do the level in the future, to have cold and hot drinks available all day is great especially with a child and the 'snacks' are much more than that. Cakes, sweets, pastries and then a cocktail hour with 'tapas' style nibbles.

Excelente estadia em Melia South Beach. Os quartos oferecem uma vista excepcional. Estávamos no quarto “Junior Level Suite”, que é muito espaçoso e tem muito espaço de armazenamento. Excelente limpeza, pessoal muito agradável. Piscinas magníficas e arredores de hotel. O café da manhã é farto. Estamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia e voltaremos. A única desvantagem é o isolamento dos quartos. Ouvimos muito de nossos vizinhos.

The location is perfect by the beach. The kids club was great with lovely staff. The majority of the other employees were very lacking in people skills and extremely rude and unhelpful. We paid for a solarium suite and a junior suite but had to wait an extra hour to check in as the reception had made a mistake and given us the wrong room. The rooms were not kept very clean. Food not great. Quite a let down compared to other Melia resorts.

Mala experiencia desde que entramos por la puerta. Mal servicio, mal protocolo COVID-19, profesionalidad de los trabajadores 0 ( pasabas por los pasillos, saludabas a los trabajadores y ni contestaban, no te llaman de usted (no todos)... eso entre algunas de muchas cosas que nos sucedieron. Preocupación de los clientes -5. Comida fría, reseca e insípida. Un desastre total. Ni lo recomendare ni volveremos. Solo mencionar a un chico en comedor "Samuel"que fue el único que sí se preocupó si estaba todo en orden y que no nos faltase de nada. Agradecemos si gesto.

El hotel debe mejorar tanto en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones como en la atención. La habitación que me asignaron era un poco obsoleta, sobre todo el televisor.Aparte falta mucho personal, principalmente en la recepción. Si se ahorran personal deberían bajar los precios. Mención aparte merece el ruido de los altavoces de la piscina y del cercano club niki Beach, se cuelan sin problema en la habitación, así como los portazos y el ir y venir de gente por los pasillos. Si tu idea es ir a relajarte y descansar, este no es tu hotel. Si te gusta la fiesta y el cachondeo,entiendo que este es tu sitio.

Poco personal paraatender las habitaciones, cobran 40 euros las sombrillas y asientos en la playa. Una vergüenza. Nos cambiaron de habitación por el mal estado de los colchones. Se tapó la pileta del baño. No volvemos nunca más. No se relaciona precio con calidad

Legendary review: 1. Friendly staffs, great location, it's 4-start (not a 5-star) 2. Got the sea view room; early check-in, maps, etc.. 3. Parking in Hotel is 20€/day. But there're lotsa free parking places just outside the hotel (& it's safe) 4. Since we went in off-season, couldn't really experience the loud misic/crazy parties that happens even past midnight. 5. Breakfast options had lotsa varieties, but not all dishes were great!

Overall it’s a nice experience. The front desk receptions and restaurant staff are very helpful and diligent. Very nice service. There were few issue with our room which eventually got resolved by the guest experience team and they are very understanding. Location of the hotel was really great too. Would recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel with an amazing view!!!we stayed there 10 days and everythin was perfect. You have a private pool and the hotel it is next door to Nikki beach.the music was very good by the pool.breakfast very diversified. The hotel have also a beach but you have to pay for sunbeds. The children are not allowed in the pool. The prices are normal for what they offer. We will definetly go back!!!
