“Just back from a week here, my first trip to the Canaries and first all inclusive in years. Had a lovely relaxing break, just what we needed. The hotel and complex is big, lots of options for families and couples. We travelled in a couple and did one day by the pool then one day out and about. Evening entertainment looked good for families but we tended to have a drink in the piano bar, plenty of quiet spots, then sit on our balcony. Food options and quality are great, drinks on tap are perfectly good, staff were friendly and there's good wifi. The place was very clean inside and out. Yes the buffet was busy (this is a huge place with lots of families) but staff worked hard to keep everything clean and topped up. The outside seating area at the back was our preferred spot. Sun loungers are an issue by the adult pool. You have to get up early to reserve a bed but we did manage to get a spot. Not really sure what the hotel can do about this though? Otherwise there seemed to be beds by the main pool still, but obviously much busier. Only suggested improvement is the Italian & Japanese restaurants - would be good if this was waiter service rather than buffet. But food options all good. Clean & well stocked too. Overall a good trip if you want to have everything on site and have a hassle free break.”

“Fantastic family holiday. Really impressed by the range in places to eat and get drinks all day. The pools were balanced between swimming, playtime and extreme fun on slides. Exceeded our expectations.”
