Pool I dropped a pair of socks behind the tv stand. Behind the stand was extremely dusty. There was a fitted sheet on the couch bed that was covered in broken Doritos.

For a 3.5 star I expected nicer furniture and updated amenities; the room didn't even have a mini fridge. The room and hallways they looked decades old. This place was supposed to be pet friendly but there is almost no grass around the building.

Lobby and amenities were great. Staff was excellent. Hotel shuttle and proximity to airport a nice feature. Lobby great, rooms were very old and need redone. I expected more for how nice the hotel and lobby looked. Small refrigerator just sitting on floor. Caulking in bathtub peeling.

Beautiful Hotel lobby, friendly staff, sink was outside the washroom which we found useful. The room was fairly standard for a 3.5 star hotel. I felt I've stayed in nicer rooms that were lower starred. A bit of a drive with traffic from the hotel to central Pittsburgh. Parking at the hotel at night was difficult to find closer to the entrance.

The property is huge, the rooms clean and well appointed. The pool and bar areas are both nice and a good break from the stresses of travel. The parking lot is very full and quite busy and on night of arrival I had to hike to the hotel. There is not much going on in the area and you have to expect to drive to food or entertainment.

Very happy with the staff. When I needed extra supplies, we got everything we needed right away. The fast service. The hotel shuttle only ran every 30 minutes. Could have been every 15 minutes.
