“I'd say the location. There was a Philly SEPTA subway stop right outside the front entrance. The Convention Center was in easy walking distance and the Reading Terminal Market was only a couple of blocks away. There are a quite a few panhandlers and street people in the hotel neighborhood. It's especially noticeable after dark when business people have gone home and tourists are back in their hotels.”
