O hotel e o quarto em si são um "5", mas o fato de ainda não haver café da manhã nesta fase do jogo é um pouco ridículo. Passe a noite anterior em um Ramada em Des Moines e ainda tome um café da manhã continental - não há problema! Venha, vamos em frente.

El hotel y la habitación en sí son un "5", pero el hecho de que todavía no haya desayuno en esta etapa del juego es un poco ridículo. Pasar la noche anterior en un Ramada en Des Moines y aún así tener un desayuno continental, ¡no hay problema! Vamos, sigamos adelante.

The hotel and room itself is a "5", but the fact that there still is no breakfast at this stage in the game is a bit ridiculous. Spend the night before in a Ramada in Des Moines and still had a continental breakfast - no problem! Come on, let's move on.

O gerente e o trabalhador do turno da manhã foram muito rudes e pouco profissionais quando chegamos. A mesa normalmente fica desacompanhada para intervalos para fumar. Eles também não usaram máscaras quando necessário no edifício, há vários sinais informando que as máscaras são obrigatórias. Tenha-nos atitude ao longo de todo o processo de check in e até mesmo ao telefone, dispostos a colocar a culpa em outros colegas de trabalho. A trabalhadora do turno da noite foi muito simpática e prestativa e usou uma máscara! Não há comodidades disponíveis, mesmo o café da manhã, mas os preços dos quartos não diminuíram devido a isso. Quarto é muito limpo e realmente como a cozinha tem um pequeno fogão, pia, micro-ondas, máquina de lavar louça e um grande frigorífico. Algumas das mesas de centro e mesinhas laterais estão muito fracas e prestes a desmoronar.

El gerente y el trabajador del turno de la mañana fueron muy groseros y poco profesionales cuando llegamos. El escritorio está desatendido con bastante frecuencia para los descansos para fumar. Tampoco usaron máscaras cuando se requiere en el edificio, hay múltiples letreros que indican que se requieren máscaras. Haznos actuar durante todo el proceso de registro e incluso por teléfono, dispuestos a culpar a otros compañeros de trabajo. ¡La trabajadora del turno de noche fue muy amable y servicial y usó su máscara! No hay servicios disponibles, incluso el desayuno, pero los precios de las habitaciones no se redujeron debido a esto. La habitación está bastante limpia y realmente como la cocina tiene una pequeña estufa, fregadero, microondas, lavavajillas y nevera grande. Algunas de las mesas de centro y auxiliares son muy débiles y están listas para desmoronarse.

The manager and worker on the morning shift were very rude and unprofessional when we arrived. Desk is unattended quite often usually for smoke breaks. They also wore no masks when it is required in the building, there are multiple signs stating that masks are required. Have us attitude through the whole check in process and even on the phone, willing to put blame on there other coworkers. Night shift worker was very nice and helpful and wore her mask! No amenities available even breakfast but room prices were not decreased due to this. Room is pretty clean and really like the kitchenette has a small stove, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and big fridge. Some of the coffee tables and side tables are very weak and ready to fall apart.

The hotel was clean and front desk specially Abby stayed cleaning and doing laundry! Beth at night was pretty awesome too. The older lady that did nights too wasn’t as friendly as the other two. As long as Abby is working there I’ll be back! Great service girls

En medio de una remodelación, no le molestó nada. Servicio amable y servicial. La habitación estaba lista antes de que llegáramos, incluida una cama supletoria para una suite familiar. En general muy satisfecho
