“For a New York hotel, it was spacious and clean. The facilities were also very nice. Friendly service. Outstanding location. The rooms could benefit from modernization. It looks like the most recent overhaul might have been in the late 1980s. The furniture is newer than that and the art and the surfaces, but the room controls, light switches, etc are very dated.”
— Ray Pratt
“Love this hotel and their staff. Always helpful and accommodating. And the rooms are very elegant and modern. The hotel is still old New York style though with Christmas decorations that draw everyone to view.”
— Dwayne Sellers
