“My family and I are World of Hyatt "Globalist" rewards members and although we live nearby, due to us not wanting to travel far because of Covid, we have stayed at this property as a "staycation" getaway multiple times and we have had an enjoyable stay on each occasion. There is a nice on site gym and a large indoor swimming pool, which is great during the colder months. The employees have always been very friendly and accommodating to my family and myself. On our most recent New Years Eve weekend stay, the General Property Manager, Michael Harrington, personally went out of his way to make sure my family and I had a great stay and memorable time! If you are looking to stay overnight in the Downtown Rochester area, I do highly recommend this property.”

“The view is definitely worth the price if you're into that thing. I'm not really sold on the price point for anything else though. We got a king suite on the second highest floor thinking it was going to be super nice. The shower vent was super dirty, the shower floor had a huge crack in it, there were stains on the walls, and the room has literally no lighting. The bed is comfy and everything else is just kind of your standard hotel stuff. Parking is in a structure attached to the hotel and they will give you a pass that is $12 a day that allows unlimited use.”
