“Hyatt Regency Long Island made our one-night stay so incredibly special. We brought out kid for a special celebration for graduating kindergarten. I called ahead and asked the housekeeping manager to make the room special and he said he would make the room have towels folded into the shape of animals and he also made a special trip to get small balloons saying 'happy graduation' and a graduation card. The pools were great - indoor and outdoor. The breakfast restaurant was very tasty and the service was very nice. The dining room / bar restaurant upstairs was just fine for a quick bite - if you want something more private or intimate, look elsewhere for a romantic dinner because it was very much a hotel lobby restaurant as opposed to a restaurant that happened to be in the lobby of a hotel. The room service we ordered arrived incredibly quickly though they were unable to make an espresso martini (we managed to survive). All around a very lovely stay.”
