“Great service - I last stayed at this hotel more than 15 years ago. Reasonably priced compared to some of the crazy expensive hotels in Kyoto! Italian restaurant is OK skip it if you can! Service in hotel is to notch!”

“Very good stay at Hyatt Regency Kyoto. Location is nice, not too far from Gion but in a nice quiet and green garden. The room is really comfortable and luxury. Service is really good as well as the front desk than the concierge who help us all the time to book restaurant and sightseeings. The manager is very kind too. Nice hotel and nice people.”
