“Here during construction. For the price we paid, this place is so not worth the money. They have no food or drink service so they have to bring it in. I feel like I’m at a cheap hotel. Very disappointing. I understand construction, but to charge what they charge when they’re offering no services makes for a very poor overall experience. Upon check in, three people were helping one gentleman (literally just chatting with him) while we stood there with no assistance. Beautiful location and will be much better when they get past the construction phase. I would have recommended they offer some sort of food/beverage voucher for water or snacks. I had much higher expectations.”

“We moved in on October 22, 2021 and was assigned room 842. Over the night, a strong kitchen waste smell was all over the room. The next day we called front desk and they sent two engineers to check the room. Engineers told us it's the ventilation - kitchen waste gas was poured into the room due to piping issue. We were then reassigned to room 313 on October 23. There's no smell in the room. However, over the night we found water on the floor of the bathroom. The next morning at about 6 am, we heard the water was pouring down and rushed to find that some kind of water was pouring down from the washroom celling"s sprinkle, and water are flooded all over. We are now re-assigned to room 550. Things seem OK in the room. God bless us. The staff have been friendly and helpful but the hotel needs to completely fix piping and ventilation. The hotel is updating it's first and second floors which is nice, but the most important guest rooms were problematic.”
