I was driving across the country for work and stayed overnight at this hotel. The hotel was recently renovated and it shows. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in only took a few minutes. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was one of the best hotel beds I have slept in for a while. The hotel is near the airport but I did not experience any airplane noise. They provide foam ear plugs in your room just in case. The internet was fine. I attended a Zoom video conference and did not have any problems. The workout area was an adequate size and had a variety of equipment for use. The only item of concern for me was the lack of options to eat that are near the hotel. I was on a road trip and tired so not really in the mood to drive 15 minutes to find something to eat. The only nearby options are hotel restaurants. Other than this I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if every in Salt Lake City.

Fairly inexpensive place for parking. The clerk was very helpful, giving me bottled water, a remote for the TV while I waited for Lyft he called for me. I would definitely use them again.

Usually I love staying at the Hyatt, they are clean, comfortable and have kind staff. This one has a great view of the airport, and my kids loved watching the planes take off and land! And there isn't a big nose problem! However this Hyatt did not leave me with good feelings. Being by the airport they offer trip parking for a small fee which we paid then left our vehicle there to go on our trip. When we returned our vehicle was no longer there! They have no security cameras to help us even know which day it was stolen! Then when I asked if we could get a room to stay because I could no longer leave, they said they had none to offer. They where kind enough to let me stay in their stylish lobby for 2.5 hours with my 4 wild children while I waited for the police to take care of their part. Overall I will probably never stay there again knowing my property is not safe there.

I wanted to say thank you for taking such great care of my husband and I, during each of our stays here, at the SLC Airport Hyatt Place. We've been staying here for more than a year and each time we check in, we're greeted with a brilliant welcome back and a smile. The past couple of times, Mary Jane, Josh, Rich, and Maria have been placing the complimentary water bottles in our room, along with nice glasses, snacks, and a handwritten note, thanking us for returning to the Hyatt Place. This hotel is our favorite hotel, by far! We have never been treated so well, as we have been here. You all do such an amazing job and that's why we return to the Hyatt Place. Thank you very much!!

This hotel has a great modern look. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. It is a little too easy to hear other residents moving around and going in and out of their rooms. Also, the location is not near many restaurants or other attractions.
