“The customer service was great but the rooms were dated and it shows. Could be better especially for the price. Parking lot is small so it gets full fast at night. No real vending machines that I saw. It was an ok stay”

“We stayed here for 4 nights using points. Very glad we used points...mainly because we did not have to pay the $16/night parking fee. $16/night might not seem like a lot but it is when the hotel lot is consistently full and they redirect you to either a parking garage a block away or the street! Why would I pay $16/night to park on a public street? That's one star gone. The other star is for dated and tired looking rooms. We have stayed at several Hyatt Places and this one was great upon entry but then the room was wah....wah...wah. The "blankets" were the equivalent of sleeping with 3 flat sheets. That said it was nice that breakfast was just about back to normal and the staff was very friendly. It wasn't a bad stay, but there was definite room for improvement.”
