“I stay in the old port in February's as it's my husband's birthday month and all his friends live that way. This time around my husband had surgery in the early morning so we booked with them because we're loyal and they've always been wonderful. They are not taking covid protocols seriously in their rooms. Upon arrival I went to put his dinner in the fridge - so it didn't spoil and found a half drank chardonnay bottle, food and other goods. I then noticed there were drink rings on the night table that looked sticky. When I went down to the front desk there was no one to be seen so I waited it out for someone to come out. Finally someone came out and addressed my concerns. He told me he couldn't give me chemicals to clean my room which I completely understand. Instead he gave me a cloth dosed in chemicals. Honestly, I shouldn't have to clean my own room when it should already be cleaned! I'm very disappointed.”

“Nice place to stay in Portland. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was parking, which was in a deck around the corner. We got in after dark and got turned around coming out of the deck and took the long way around in the pouring rain. Other than that, was a great stay.”
