Hyatt usado para um bloco de quartos para a nossa data de casamento. Nós também ficamos no hotel. A equipe foi muito útil durante todo o processo e os quartos eram bons.

Os quartos são bons, mas o hotel tenta vender jogos de azar o tempo todo. O café da manhã era nojento. Suco de laranja velho, leite embalado não refrigerado produzia pastéis açucarados e ovos que definitivamente estavam ali há horas. E isso sem mencionar o enxame voraz de boomers desmascarados tossindo de tudo. Não vale o dinheiro. Fique em uma pousada de dias ou no mesmo nível.

The rooms themselves are nice but the hotel tries to sell you gambling the entire time. The breakfast was disgusting. Old orange juice, unchilled packaged milk mass produced sugary pastries, and eggs that had definitely just been sitting there for hours. And that's not to mention the ravenous swarm of unmasked boomers coughing on everything. Not worth the money. Stay at a days inn or same tier.

Used Hyatt for a block of rooms for our wedding date. We also stayed at the hotel. Staff was very helpful throughout the entire process and the rooms were nice.

Las habitaciones en sí son bonitas, pero el hotel intenta venderle juegos de azar todo el tiempo. El desayuno era asqueroso. El jugo de naranja viejo, la leche envasada sin refrigerar producían pasteles azucarados y huevos que definitivamente habían estado allí durante horas. Y eso sin mencionar el enjambre voraz de boomers desenmascarados tosiendo con todo. No vale el dinero. Hospédese en un Days Inn o en el mismo nivel.

Melhor lugar para ficar. Eu recomendo este lugar. Bela. O café da manhã foi incrível. O pessoal foi muito amigável. Muito limpo. Super limpo. Piscina de calor. Sala de ginástica. Perto de lojas. O cassino foi super legal. Super limpo. Pista de corrida. Foi maravilhoso. Eu retornarei. Você quer um hotel onde você pode realmente dormir e este hotel me senti em casa. Obrigado, continue com o ótimo trabalho. Amo meu tempo aqui.

Quarto era espaçoso e localizado perto da rodovia. Podia ouvir veículos barulhentos lá fora. Mofo na parte inferior do forro do chuveiro (facilmente e tenho certeza que pode ser facilmente substituído). Meu marido notou sangue seco em seu edredom! Todos os itens quentes do café da manhã estavam apenas ligeiramente quentes. Tive que colocar no microondas para aquecer. Pelo preço cobrado, poderia ser melhor!

Eu tinha reservas um dia antes do meu aniversário. A recepção senhora foi agradável e ajudou-me o check-in. O quarto era muito limpo e confortável. Não tenho queixas. Com certeza ficarei novamente !!

Best place to stay . i highly recommend this place. Beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly. Very clean. Super clean. Heat pool. Work out room. Close to stores. Casino was super cool. Super clean. Race track. Was amazing. I will be back. U want a hotel that u can really get sleep at and this hotel felt like home. Thank u keep up the great work. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba ubicada cerca de la autopista. Podía escuchar vehículos ruidosos afuera. Moho en la parte inferior del revestimiento de la ducha (fácilmente y estoy seguro de que se puede reemplazar fácilmente). Mi esposo notó sangre seca en su edredón- ¡uf! Todos los productos calientes del desayuno estaban ligeramente calientes. Tuve que colocarlo en el microondas para calentarlo. Por el precio cobrado, ¡podría haber sido mejor!

El mejor lugar para quedarse. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar. Hermosa. El desayuno estuvo alucinante. El personal fue muy amable. Muy limpio. Super limpio. Piscina de calor. Cuarto de entrenamiento. Cerca de tiendas. Casino fue genial. Super limpio. Pista de carreras. Fue increíble. Volveré. I had reservations the day before my birthday. The front desk lady was pleasant and helped me check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints. I will definitely stay again!!

Room was spacious and located close to the highway. Could hear loud vehicles outside. Mildew on the bottom of the shower liner ( easily and I am sure can be easily replaced). My husband noticed dried blood on his comforter- ugh! All hot breakfast items were only slightly warm. Had to place in tje microwave to heat up. For the price charged, could of been better!

Me alojé aquí con mi hija ... Errores en la habitación, se cobró el doble del depósito, se cerró la puerta de nuestra habitación por el sistema de cerradura interior con cerrojo que tienen. La administración del sitio y de la empresa fue grosera y despectiva al ayudarme a liberar los fondos del reembolso que me prometieron. NO RECOMIENDO!

Fiquei aqui com a minha filha ... Erros no quarto, duplo cobrado para depósito, bloqueado do nosso quarto do sistema de fechadura interna que eles têm. A gerência local e corporativa foi rude e desdenhosa em me ajudar a liberar fundos do reembolso que me foi prometido. NÃO RECOMENDE!

Stayed here with my Daughter....Bugs in room, double charged for deposit,locked out of our room from interior deadbolt lock system they have. Management from site and corporate was rude and dismissive to helping me with releasing funds from refund I was promised. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

BEWARE.....Not anywhere on the website does it say there is a $50 per night charge for potential damages...After booking on line , I call this place to make sure there were no deposits or additional fee's, and she told me NO..So after hearing someone else complain, I checked our bank account, and sure enough, there is an additional $250 charge for a 5 night stay that was added to our bill...When we were checked in, by the General Manager, who never even asked for an ID of any sort , asked if we wanted to use the card on the file, again, never 1 time mentioned $50 per night charge.....after going to the front desk and complaining, and finding out it takes 5 to 10 business days for it to appear back on your card, only if there is no damage, she stands by her words, nothing she can do about it..BAD BUSINESS... Clean place, nice people...just Bad Business...
