Everything about the stay was great, you know, average. Nothing that I could complain about except the fact that we have reserved a room and there’s no more parking in the parking lot so we have to park out on the street by the airport because they don’t have a big enough parking lot.

Best hotel in Milwaukee only because of Brian (especially), Monica, and Heather. They treated us so well I would choose this over any 5 star place in the city.

4 am update. Worst of worst. This is my WORST hotel experience ever. Waked up again at 4am in the morning due to the noise made by my upstairs. I have reported this issue to front desk for 3 times. No one has addresses this issue. I just don’t know how can people be so disrespectful to others and make so much noisy at midnights. The attitude of front desk was so bad. Saying he has no idea and the hotel is like apartment, you should bear with it. Then directed me to the manager voice box. When there is an issue, the first thing is not to address it, instead is to ask your customer to accept it. I am so disappointed with the way of solving issues. Especially I have reported this issue for 3 times. I can understand if it is not possible to help me switch a room, but at least you could kindly remind the people living upstairs to be respectful to people downstairs in the midnight. I had very good impression of Hyatt before, but from this moment, I will never choose Hyatt again. Done. ———————————— earlier version My worst experience with Hyatt. The room is so noisy, I can clearly feel every steps my upstairs walking. The front desk was not friendly and helpful with this noise issue I have. The facilities are so old and bed is super uncomfortable. Couldn’t find a good side of this hotel. Definitely not recommended at all.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The young lady,Sugar, who helped us during our check in and check out,was fabulous!! Very upbeat, friendly and professional. Will definitely stay with them again! Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Still getting use to Hyatt place vs Hyatt but they need to include microwaves in rooms for longer stay guest. This particular location was in great condition compared to the one on Silver Springs Rd.
