My only issue was the INSANE and ERRATIC behavior of the overnight manager named, Todd. We were in town this past weekend for a hockey tournament in which we had downtime and late night games. The one evening I notice my 14yr and his two friends being spoken too by this adult male. When I ask what was going on, he says they can't be running around the hotel which they weren't doing, and he tell me he is going to call the police if they don't go back to their rooms which I laughed at. This person never identified himself until I asked him who he was. He then tells me he is the manager and his name which was Todd. I take my kid to our room which ended the night. I find out the next day other parents experiences the same thing only to find out one parents child had taken property taken from them which a father had to take their property back from Todd. I let the front desk know of this interaction and how angry I was the next morning when checking out, only to find out this Todd person is leaving this property on Wednesday. I guessing he didn't care what his behavior caused since he is on his way out. Hotel was clean and the front desk was nice.

Adorei este lugar. O hotel mais tranquilo que já fiquei. Não há problemas com "paredes finas". Café-da-manhã de cortesia e grande variedade (pão, begels, ovos, waffles, hashbrowns, frutas frescas, iogurte, leite, leite de amêndoa, aveia, cereais, aveia, café e suco). A equipe foi muito agradável. O quarto estava muito limpo. A uma curta distância de muitos lugares para comer e entretenimento. Taxa de US$ 75 para animais de estimação para toda a visita (taxa para menos de 4 noites) foi muito razoável.

Ótimo local! Este hotel superou minhas expectativas!! Quarto era limpo, cama super espaçosa e confortável. Para estar longe de casa em uma viagem de trabalho, era bom ter um ótimo lugar para relaxar e relaxar à noite. A equipe foi incrível, Krista Ann & Alex foram especialmente divertidos e serviram ótimas bebidas no bar. Realmente bons restaurantes todos a uma curta distância. Eu recomendo este lugar. Se eu viajar para a área de Marlborough novamente ansiosos para ficar aqui!

O hotel e os funcionários foram excelentes. Kim fez o check-in e foi educado, profissional e acolhedor durante a minha estadia. Julio conseguiu me garantir uma segunda noite de última hora durante um fim de semana muito movimentado. Tudo é novo e eles fizeram um ótimo trabalho no design usando acabamentos modernos por toda parte. Os quartos são espaçosos e eu não posso dizer o suficiente sobre o quão confortável as camas são! A piscina e a academia tinham enormes janelas em várias paredes, permitindo que toneladas de luz natural entrassem. Eles ainda ofereceram um café da manhã completo de cortesia pela manhã! Teve uma estadia maravilhosa. Eu definitivamente ficaria novamente e recomendo o Hyatt em Marlborough para outros.

Great spot! This hotel exceeded my expectations!! Room was clean, super spacious and comfy bed. To be away from home on a work trip it was nice to have a great place to unwind and relax in the evenings. The staff was amazing, Krista Ann & Alex were especially fun and served up great drinks at the bar. Really good restaurants all in walking distance. I highly recommend this place. If I travel to the Marlborough area again look forward to staying here!

Loved this place. The quietest hotel I have stayed at. No issues with "thin walls". Breakfast was free and had great selection (bread, begels, eggs, waffles, hashbrowns, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, almond milk, oatmilk, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and juice). Staff was very nice. The room was very clean. Walkable distance to many places to eat and entertainment. $75 pet fee for the entire visit (rate for under 4 nights) was very reasonable.

The hotel and staff were were excellent. Kim checked me in and was polite, professional and accommodating during my stay. Julio was able to secure me a last minute second night during a very busy weekend. Everything is new and they did a great job on the design using modern finishes throughout. The rooms a spacious and I can not say enough about how comfortable the beds are! The pool and gym had huge windows on multiple walls allowing tons of natural sunlight to pour in. They even offered a complimentary full breakfast in the morning! Had a wonderful stay. I definitely would stay again and recommend the Hyatt in Marlborough to others.

Fiquei aqui cerca de 2 semanas. O tamanho do quarto era mais do que suficiente para uma pessoa. equipe amigável. Os pontos negativos foram: - Os lençóis estavam sujos na chegada. - O quarto não era limpo regularmente, apenas a pedido - Café da manhã muito monótono. Era sempre o mesmo. Sem legumes frescos ou qualquer variedade. - Todos os dias havia apenas talheres descartáveis para o café da manhã - Preço de pelo menos € 80 por noite muito alto para o serviço oferecido.

ÓTIMO HOTEL EM ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO. Nós hospedado aqui após minha graduação UMASS. Nós somos da Califórnia. OMGOSH, tivemos um lindo quarto em um andar superior. Muito bom layout do quarto. Era limpo e confortável. A equipe foi adorável. Certificando-se de que estávamos sempre satisfeitos. Trazendo-nos toalhas e cobertores extras. Enfrentamos o APEX DRIVE e foi MUITO tranqüilo durante a noite. Não ouvimos nenhum tráfego. Grill 110 fica ao lado e jantamos lá foi DELICIOSO. Tivemos café-da-manhã de cortesia no Hyatt Place e que tinha uma maravilhosa variedade de alimentos de café-da-manhã. OBRIGADO A TODOS DO HYATT PLACE MARLBOROUGH

GREAT HOTEL in a GREAT LOCATION. We stayed here after my UMASS graduation. We are from California. OMGOSH, we had a beautiful room on a TOP floor. Very nice layout of the room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely. Making sure we were always satisfied . Bringing us extra towels and blankets. We faced APEX DRIVE and it was VERY QUIET through the night. We did not hear any traffic at all. Grill 110 is next door and we had dinner there it was DELICIOUS. We had complimentary breakfast at the Hyatt Place and that had a wonderful assortment of breakfast foods. THANK YOU to EVERYONE at HYATT PLACE MARLBOROUGH
