“This was such a great hotel. We were relocating and had an extended stay for 16 days. Although there isn't a kitchenette, the front desk and staff were able to provide us with a microwave. Anything we asked they were able to help. The room was clean and fresh!”

“I have stayed at many Hyatt Place locations and come with high expectations for this chain. The highlights were the friendly service provided by the staff. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms were very dated and in need of remodel; the paint was pealing off the previously re-painted old tub, the carpet had a large red stain and the general interior of the room was dark and appearance of being dirty. The breakfast was low quality and mediocre. Please remodel for your employee and staff's sake.”
