“The staff was super friendly, however the pool was really dirty. We were really disappointed in the pool which was important for the kids. We ended up finding a roach in our room which isn’t uncommon for Texas, but the overall appearance of the hotel is rundown.”

“The room had a pretty cool layout, much different from what I see in typical hotel rooms. A little kitchenette area with its own sink, bathroom was over by the exterior wall (not right by the entry door like most standard rooms). Staff was very kind. "Please" and "Thank You's" were plentiful and felt sincere. The southern facing view was awesome from the sixth floor. I could see a huge portion of El Paso and Juarez from my room.”
