We stayed here for three nights recently and we're very pleased. There were some serious issues: 1. Dog in next room barking for hours. 2. Had to change rooms because the floors were very dirty.But... Having said that all the staff was amazing and stuff all they could to accommodate us. The staff took care of the dog situation by contacting the owners who were off property and having them come back to the hotel to take care of the poor dog that they locked in the bathroom.Also, when we complained about the floor, the manager immediately moved us to a larger room with very clean floors.I would suggest that if you stay here, you may ask for a room that animals don't stay in.The area is perfect, very safe, tons of restaurants, and shopping.We would stay here again, for sure.

I love this hotel. I recommend going here for a couple nights. The only problems are the bathrooms. The bathrooms are pretty small, but work good!

Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos neste hotel por uma semana. Os quartos são amplos e limpos. Na minha opinião, faltou apenas um microondas.O serviço de limpeza foi impecável. Alguns amenities como body lotion e Hand lotion poderiam ser oferecidos não somente shampoo e condicionador. Mas atendeu bem as nossas necessidades! A recepção foi boae a equipe atende muito bem. A localização do hotel é ótima. O Park Meadows Mall fica muito próximo. Você encontra tudo nas redondezas. Do hotel fomos andando ao Red Lobster e ao Chick-fill-a. O café da manhã é bom, porém poderia melhorar. Não tem nenhuma disponibilidade de Muffins, donuts ou danish, comum em hotéis americanos que oferecem café da manhã. Tambémnão tem nenhuma variedade de pães nem croissant nem mesmo aos finais de semana. O destaque é para o bacon, super saboroso e carro chefe do café da manhã deste hotel. O café da manhã termina cedo. Às 9:30 já retiram todo o buffet. Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel, mas penso que há outros mais completos pelo mesmo valor!

The night desk clerk was terrible to us. She started questioning us about everything. All we were doing was walking thru the lobby. Then brought up that our vehicle was parked illegally and was subject to be towed. Then I move it and stop to tell her. She felt bad so she tells me I didn’t have to move the vehicle. Then she starts calling us on the phone telling us we need to come get members of our party down at the lobby. If she wouldn’t have made us move the car members of our party wouldn’t be in the lobby. I don’t recommend this place.

We stayed at this hyatt a month ago for 5 nights. Our room was clean but the carpet and couches could really use a deep clean. The hotel seemed relatively empty but the concierge outright told us we couldn't get a higher floor so we never got a room with a view. It would have been great since it was our honeymoon. Breakfast was a HUGE disappointment. Other than cold boiled eggs and muffins there were only cold items like yogurt and packed fruit or cereal. There weren't even croissants or bread or butter or even cheese! Sometimes the coffee/cutlery even ran out and the guy at the front desk was like sorry we're out of said item! Also I'm not sure what the hotel is doing but I asked for toothpaste and the front desk person said we don't provide toothpaste. Normally all hotels provide these things. Many times I'd just not ask the front guy for anything cuz he'd justreply in the negative. Staff was rarely available at the front desk anyway. So much so that the lobby would be empty most of the time. I can tell they're just cutting costs in the name of covid. At least they should remove the 'free breakfast' scheme off their amenities list or change it to 'cold breakfast'.

Fiquei aqui por 5 noites. Os quartos eram bons. As camas eram confortáveis. Os pisos estavam imundos. O tapete nos quartos precisa de uma limpeza profunda .. Gostaria que as latas de lixo tivessem forros. Tiramos nosso próprio lixo diariamente. A piscina era ótima. Gostaria que o café da manhã tivesse algumas opções de itens quentes. Se descêssemos depois das 8h, os ovos cozidos, os muffins e os iogurtes teriam acabado e sobraria cereal ou aveia. Mais toalhas devem estar nos quartos. Nós só tínhamos 3 e tivemos que pedir mais. Minha filha teve um corte e a recepção não tinha um kit de primeiros socorros. Isso deve ser algo disponível em todos os hotéis. Por fim, houve uma festa no saguão e não conseguíamos nem passar pela entrada. Teria sido bom para o pessoal pedir àqueles festeiros que pelo menos deixassem um caminho aberto para outros convidados passarem.

The hotel is in a great location and has access to everything. The rooms were clean as well. I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast though. For the amount of money that you pay to stay at this location you would at least expect a hot breakfast. They only provided cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, beverages, and fruit. Also, they charged my debit card without my authorization. I expected the $60 fee for incidentals however I was charged two more times for over $200. When I questioned the staff and the manager the only explanation that I could receive was that “their system sometimes charges guests and that they don’t know why it happened” nor could they do anything about it. How can you not know why a guests is charged multiple times for something?! This put me in a bind seeing as how I was traveling from out of state and didn’t prepare to have that amount taken out of my account. It was a huge inconvenience and now I have to wait 3-5 business days until the money is put back into my account. This needs to be rectified immediately! So don’t stay here unless you are ready to possibly have unauthorized and unknown charges assessed to your bank account during your stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Floors were filthy. The carpet in rooms need a deep cleaning.. Wish the trash cans had liners. We took our own trash out on a daily basis. Pool was great. Wish the breakfast had some hot item options. If we went down past 8am, boiled eggs, muffins, and yogurts were all gone and we were left with either cereal or oatmeal. More towels should be in rooms. We only had 3 and had to ask for more. My daughter got a cut and the front desk didn't have a first aid kit. That should be something available in every hotel. Lastly, there was a party in the lobby and we couldn't even walk through the entrance. Would have been good for staff to ask those partygoers to at least leave a path open for other guests to get by.

Nice, clean room and friendly staff. Check-in was easy. Staff were wearing masks, as were we, and it was greatly appreciated, though, not all guests were wearing them. Our room was nice and cool when we arrived, and in this heat, we thought it a nice gesture on Hyatt's end. Thank you. However, Hyatt could greatly improve their breakfast experience. Grab and go hard-boiled eggs, raisin bran and overly-ripe bananas are what I would expect from a Motel 6.

Good hotel to enjoy your stay at. The rooms are spacious, clean, neat and comfortable. I like their layout with separate areas like a living room, kitchenette area, nice king size beds and separate toilet/shower area. The coffee station is in the kitchenette area not the bathroom (thank goodness!). Can't wait until the restaurant is back open - I will give it 5 stars as soon as it is.

Este hotel está bien ubicado cerca de hacer compras y muchos restaurantes. Lo más sobresaliente fue los trabajadores. Olvidé a pedir sus nombres pero la señorita que me hizo el check in muy amable y me atendió excelentemente. Y también de noche me fui por un snack Y aunque la chica tenía mucha gente atender trabajaba eficazmente y quedó muy amable.
