No geral, eu tive umas férias na praia, mas eu provavelmente nunca ficaria neste hotel novamente.Prós: -Ótimo acesso à praia - nós realmente nos divertimos muito quando estávamos na praia e foi tão bom sair - grande piscina com uma bela banheira de hidromassagem e chuveiros ao ar livre -camas confortáveis - delicioso café da manhã de cortesia (uma enorme variedade de opções de waffles de salsicha com bacon, rabanada, parfaits de frutas, cereais etc.) -Boa equipe de limpeza da casa (Um cara realmente nos ajudou, dando-nos um saco de lixo preto para nos ajudar a carregar roupas molhadas e nós nem pedimos que ele se voluntariasse depois de nos ouvir)Contras: - a água do chuveiro é morna e não tem absolutamente nenhuma pressão Eu não consegui tirar a areia básica de mim, então se você está esperando um banho quente ou útil, esqueça! -A temperatura do quarto é controlada pelo hotel, nosso termostato foi ajustado para 74 na primeira noite e 77 na noite seguinte e minha família estava assando. As pessoas no décimo andar nem conseguiam dormir porque estava definido para 84. Isso é um problema imediato! -completamente insuficiente, se você tiver uma pergunta, a recepção pode não chegar até você por dez minutos -NÃO SUFICIENTE DE ELEVADORES! (Apenas 2!) This was my family's first time in Florida! The hotel upon arrival was amazing.The parking was very accommodating even though it was full.The desk receptionists were very friendly. They also allow pets which was awesome!The facility is clean and the breakfast bar was good.The pool area was nice however I do think there is too much chlorine in the hot tub as it was so strong it burned my eyes. Easy access to beach and just a few minutes driving to the boardwalk. I will absolutely return to this place in the future as it has definitely set the bar and honestly I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews, but I'm also a very humble person.

The rooms looked old, and there was blood on our sheets so we had to get another pair and on this pair something was spilled on it and it smelled horrible. I sat in on of the chairs on the balcony and the front leg broke off. Luckily, I wasn’t hurt. The air vent outside looked disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The breakfast was okay, but it could have been better. The pool and hot tub was clean and really nice. I loved being able to see the beach. The Cafe in the lobby was great, but the staff was SO rude. I had to tell the manager about how rude one girl was. Two other girls sitting at the front desk laughed about something I said, and it wasn’t even funny. The shower drain was clogged and didn’t drain good at all and the water pressure was very low. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the pool, the beach view, and the cafe.

Overall, I had a beach vacation, but I would probably never stay in this hotel again. Pros: -GREAT beach access - we really did have a blast when we were on the beach and it was so nice to just walk out -big pool with a nice hot tub and outdoor showers -comfy beds -yummy complimentary breakfast (a huge variety of options from bacon sausage waffles french toast fruit parfaits cereal etc.) -Nice house cleaning staff (One guy really helped us out by giving us a black trash bag to help us carry wet clothes and we didn’t even ask he just volunteered after over hearing us) Cons: -shower water is luke warm and has absolutely no pressure I couldn’t get basic sand off me so if your expecting a hot or useful shower, forget it! -room temperature is controlled by the hotel, our thermostat was set to 74 the first night and 77 the next night and my family was roasting. The people on the tenth floor couldn’t even sleep because there’s was set to 84. That’s an immediate deal breaker! -completely understaffed, if you have a question the front desk may not get to you for ten minutes -NOT ENOUGH ELEVATORS! (Only 2!) The staff and guests use the same elevators! And the hotel was PACKED! There were some times where we had to wait 15 minutes just to get an elevator! And if you have family members who have issues with walking or climbing that is a big problem! -front reception staff were often rude to us and seemed like we were greatly inconveniencing their day just to be there or ask questions Overall this hotel didn’t hinder us from having a great time at the beach but I definitely wouldn’t come back to this particular hotel. Side Note: You guys should really be more careful about verifying charging a room because all you needed to do is write down your name and room number and the check in list is five feet away with room number and names so someone could charge anything to a different room and no one would be the wiser.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Like many hotels in the area, it is not a new construction, yet I feel that they did a good job with renovating the rooms and the lobby area. We had a great experience with their service. Ashley Ropper, the manager, and the team were always very nice and very helpful. I would say that breakfast offered is pretty complete. We are a family of 5 and we all have different dietary needs and we were able to manage very well with the provided options. We feel that the couple of dollars you pay extra for a room with ocean view is totally worth it. Hotel is a small one, so it has a cozy vibe to it. I suggest you bring beach towels because the hotel will only provide towels for the pool area. Area is very centric and you can find good eating spots near by.

Great location and beach access. The pool was large and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious! My room was nice but I have to say that if it wasn’t for the barking dog next door, my stay would have been perfect! The building is older and needs elevator repairs. Can I suggest that all pets be designated to one floor? I love dogs , I just don’t want to hear them barking and scratching every time the owner leaves . them. Other than that, great place to stay!

Stayed during Memorial Day weekend. This hotel is Disgusting & disappointing. First we arrived.. no parking. Second lobby was hot seemed like no A/C. Elevator was so slow!! Was forced to take the stairs. Security was questionable since you could enter from the outside without a key! Garbage on our floor was overflowing. Ice machine had water all over the floor..Someone had thrown a towel down. The Towel was there when we arrived, same nasty towel was there when we left. People screaming at their kids in the room next to ours. Marijuana smell filled the hallway. Shower had no pressure..Pool furniture was aging and rotting. Continental breakfast was questionable .. would not eat for fear of food poisoning. Woke up next morning to find a soiled pet pee pad had blown in the wind and landed on our balcony. We did not bring a pet with us. Toilet leaked from base. Shall I continue?? Absolutely disgusting! Should have stayed at a near by Air b&b!

I really like this hotel, even for its shortcomings. There simply isn't many hotels at this price point where you can get beautiful ocean views, fall asleep to the sound of the surf, and walk right from the pool to the beach. Is there much food within walking distance? No. Is the food that IS within walking distance that special? No. But you probably have a car if you're staying here and so a quick drive won't be a deal breaker for most. But, you could also stroll down the beach and go to Crabby Joe's on the pier and soak in what makes this place so great... SUN, SURF, and SUGAR SAND. Water pressure isn't great here and the shower heads are about 50% lime scale, so it sort of feels like a tall guy is spitting water on you. Further a lot of their ice machines seem to be down all the time. Make a game out of it with your kids: "Go find mommy and daddy a working ice machine". With 10 stories, you'll keep the little ones entertained for MINUTES! Fitness center also doubles as a sweat lodge if you want to go on a discount vision quest to find your spirit animal (manatee, DUH) while on the treadmill. In all seriousness, great spot for the family, nice treat for a business traveler, and a reminder of what makes this country special. The people and the places they come from and our common love for getting burnt to a crisp while hammering beers and eating fried food.

The location is great, the personal is very friendly, attentive to your needs and quick to respond. It will be a 5 star but the breakfast was not good, the kitchen struggled to keep up with the visitors (it can be due to the pandemic) they did have great coffee 24 hours.The two days the struggle was the same. Across the hotel there is a very good breakfast place so don't worry to much about it. Overall a very good place. There is more parking in the back to the left of the hotel!

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we will likely return. Like many hotels in the area, it is not a new construction, but renovating an aging building. They have done a decent job with the inside, with the lobby being nice for the price. The breakfast was very good and good quality items. The rooms were not bad, but maybe needed the most improvement. They were functionally adequate and the view to the beach is great, although there was definitely some fit and finish that the rooms could have used. The service was very good and everyone was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Ótima localização. O edifício está no lado mais antigo, mas você não vê um lugar hyatt à beira-mar com uma piscina decente e banheira de hidromassagem todos os dias.O café da manhã estava a par com o que você esperaria de um Hyatt Place post Covid.

A equipe foi muito agradável e acolhedor. Não há serviço de limpeza diário, mas eles de bom grado distribuem toalhas limpas / outros itens de reposição na recepção. Ame esta propriedade está à direita no oceano com estacionamento gratuito e café da manhã gratuito. Banheira de água quente foi incrível. A desvantagem é que o bar / restaurante completo está temporariamente fechado devido à pandemia. A TV tinha toneladas de canais.

Great location. The building is on the older side but you dont see a waterfront hyatt place with a decent pool and hottub everyday.Breakfast was on par with what you'd expect from a Hyatt Place post Covid.

Staff was very nice & accomdating. There is no daily housekeeping but they gladly give out fresh towels/other replenishiment items at the front desk. Love this property is right on the ocean with free parking & free breakfast. Hot tub was awesome. Downside is the full bar/restaurant are temporarily closed due to the pandemic. TV had tons of channels.

I first would like to say this place was super clean including the room and the common areas. The breakfast was great but most of all the staff at this location was all friendly and helpful. I had even messed up my dates on Priceline and they assisted me getting it fixed so we didn’t have any interruptions in our stay. Will stay here again next year for sure. Josh from OHIO!

Atendentes muito prestativos. Academia ótima. Piscina grande muito boa com uma pequena com água quente e hidromassagem. Não se esqueça que aqui nos EUA é quase que obrigatório deixar um agrado para as arrumadeiras de quarto (deixo 2 dólares por dia). Vale muito a pena.

Bring your own towels:We had to ask for towels 4 times to receive just 3 very small towels, that were very small in size and thin. The hotel was down to one elevator that took forever. The floor in our room was heavily stained and the oder of animal urine. The parking on the rear entrance does not give you access to the back of the building causing you to walk through a small corridor that barely fits a car (which a car almost hit me as I was walking through). Furthermore, there is a strong smell of natural gas in the corridor. Police had to be called on a group of individuals that were being rowdy at the pool drinking bottles of liquor. The sink in the bathroom is too close to the back of the sink causing the counter to get flooded. Moreover, there was noticeable rotting on the side of sink due to this. Foot rinse coming from beach on pool deck did not work the entire time we were there. People were rinsing their feet off in the pool causing the pool to be full of sand and dirt. A maintenance guy was notified about the broken foot rinse and shower and he just went over and like turned the knob and then left and never came back. The stairs leading to the beach, the bottom 2 steps are badly damaged and are in need of repair.

Minha família teve férias maravilhosas. Excelente localização e muito sossego! A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem foram maravilhosas e o mar foi incrível! Os quartos de frente para o mar são o melhor absoluto e tudo foi perfeito! Eu gostaria que o restaurante estivesse aberto, mas eles têm uma seleção maravilhosa de doces e guloseimas que foram incríveis! Hyatt comes with a certain brand expectancy and I thought this hotel did a great job of delivering. We have to remember as patrons that some businesses are still being affected by the COVID. Things are not quite normal yet I could tell this staff is doing a fabulous job and are building a team! Devin and his new trainee held the Night Shift down well! I wish there was a bartender all week long outside but I still enjoyed Tara's service on the weekends anyway! Whoever this General Manager is right now! Kudos to you darling because your staff is extremely helpful and kind in all of their assistance! Hyatt never disappointed! You truly helped me enjoy my vacation this week! First one in 2 years!

Your entire staff gives service on the level of what one would expect at a Park or Grand Hyatt. Triple WOW! They give the hotel incredible value. You guys have mastered service. Thank you! Thank you! This hotel however needs renovation as the walls inside are falling apart in some if the rooms and the faucet on the sink does not reach far enough into the sink which causes leakage all over the floor.

My family had a wonderful vacation. Great location and very quiet! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the ocean was amazing! The oceanfront rooms are the absolute best and everything was perfect! I wish the restaurant was open but they have a wonderful selection of pastries and goodies that were amazing!! I recommend checking out the ice cream shop next door, they are local and have delicious ice cream.
