So, as far as location goes....5 stars. We are within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. The scenery is just beautiful. Outdoor fountains, fireplaces, and heated benches are fantastic.Room itself is beautiful. Bed is comfy, walls are thick, room is clean, fridge is nice. Didn't need the mini kitchen for our stay but it's great to have. What's missing- soap to wash hands. Spare toilet paper. Extra towels. TV is at odd angle to be watched by both those on couch and bed at the same time.Breakfast is just ok, not great. Needs creamer refilled and attention to food bar- no forks were found. Our food was on the cold side and we ate at 8 am. A great addition would be an omelette bar and Belgian waffle stand in such a beautiful facility. Needs more trash receptacles.Common issue to be addressed is some black mold inside shower. Looks like a deep clean of shower caulking is in order, but it was minimal. Overall, I would give 4.5 stars if I could. We are very happy with our experience here.

When I told her that, in fact, I was not told at check in she said that she was there an I was (I was checked in by a man). I haven't been called a liar in quite some time. Expensive room to be treated like I have no value. I am mostly embarrassed that I subjected my family to this. Perhaps a career at Motor Vehicle Administration???

Very nice. Small amenities such as shampoo, soap etc were absent. Realizing the employee issues, no big deal. Clean, spacious. Very nice

Grande decepção. Ótima instalação. Bonito quarto. Nice staff. Mas há várias coisas que precisam ser resolvidas.Cama muito confortável.No check-in, 2 pessoas atrás da mesa, mas apenas 1 dos 2 computadores funcionavam.A sala...A luz do chuveiro estava apagada. A lâmpada sobre o banheiro estava muito fraca. Muito escuro para ler. A água quente estava quase morna. O mesmo em ambas as pias.Nosso quarto nunca foi atendido, então as toalhas estavam sujas, não havia sabonete ou xampu de substituição. E o mais surpreendente, nenhum segundo rolo de papel higiênico. Mal tínhamos o suficiente. 2 pessoas. 2 noites. No checkout, descobri que deveria perguntar. Não foi mencionado no check-in.Café da manhã - você precisa COZINHAR muito mais os hambúrgueres de salsicha ... precisa de um pouco de batata frita ... verificando. hash de carne de bovino era decente .. latas de lixo são poucos e distantes entre si.O café Starbucks estava fraco. Pode ter sido o assado fraco. Creme falso. Que nojo. Sugiro fortemente adicionar assado francês ou Verona. << no final da manhã de domingo apareceu meio a meio real >>Localização muito conveniente.O ponto principal é que este lugar precisa intensificar seu jogo de serviço.

Big disappointment. Nice facility. Nice room. Nice staff. But there are several things that need to be addressed. Very comfortable bed. At check in, 2 people behind the desk, but only 1 of the 2 computers worked. The room... The light in the shower was blown. The bulb over the toilet was very dim. Too dim to read. The hot water was barely above lukewarm. Same at both sinks. Our room was never serviced, so the towels were dirty, there was no replacement soap or shampoo. And most surprisingly no 2nd roll of toilet paper. We had barely enough. 2 people. 2 nights. At checkout I learned that I was supposed to ask. Wasn't mentioned at checkin. Breakfast - you need to COOK the sausage patties a lot more... need a little crisp on them...checking. beef hash was decent.. trash cans are few and far between. Starbucks coffee was weak. May have been the wimpy roast. Fake creamer. Yuck. Strongly suggest adding French roast or Verona. > Very convenient location. Bottom line is this place needs to step up their service game.

A pior experiência de todos os tempos !!!! Hotel não tinha sabonete, xampu / condicionador, loção, lenços de papel ou secador de cabelo. Depois de voar sem esses itens para um funeral, foi nisso que entramos. Obviamente, não poderia tomar banho. A pessoa no balcão de atendimento disse "desculpe, não temos nenhum". Havia obras em andamento dentro e fora do hotel, das quais não tínhamos conhecimento. Eles pavimentaram o estacionamento do lado de fora do nosso quarto no meio da noite até as 5:30 da manhã. Tive que fazer o check-out na manhã seguinte. Já esteve lá antes. Nunca mais !!!

Que lindo hotel! Muito espaçoso e limpo. A equipe é amigável e prestativa. A suíte executiva de canto é incrível! Recomendo vivamente este hotel!

Worst Experience Ever!!!!Hotel had NO soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, tissues, OR blow dryer.After flying in without those items for a funeral, this was what we walked into.Obviously, could not shower.Person at service desk said "sorry, we don't have any".There was construction going on in and outside the hotel, which we were not aware of.They paved the parking lot outside our room in the middle of the night until 5:30 a.m.Had to check out the next morning.Have stayed there before.Will never again though!!!

What a beautiful hotel! Very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The corner executive suite is amazing! I highly recommend this hotel!
