“Todo el personal fue amable, servicial y educado. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y tranquila. La vista era fantástica (habitación incluso numerada). Hay mucho que hacer en la zona, y también se encuentra a poca distancia en coche de muchas otras opciones. ¡Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta!”

“Worst service we have ever received in a hotel. Lizzie at front desk is very easily confused, and has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. We were promised a noon check in, to then be told to come back at 3, then told our room wouldn’t be ready until after 5. She claimed to be the only manager and said they had one maid for the entire hotel. During a global pandemic you can imagine one maid cannot do a thorough cleaning for 100 plus rooms. She was too busy flirting with a guest to care about anyone else but that wasn’t surprising based off her unprofessional behavior. Upon leaving wasn’t even offered an apology.”
