“We trusted scandic chain, but this one is an exception. We did not have very excellent experience during our stay.
Pros:
1.breakfast offered quite good and rich food selection.
2.Room was newly renovated and spacious bath room.
Cons:
1. The room was not well cleaned. There was some sugar-like particles on the floor when we arrived.
2. No beverage offered in the room, even no instant coffee or tea bag.
3. A quite big kettle which was difficult to get water from water tap. It leaked when pouring water and had a strong plastic smell in the water.
4. Although there was a kettle, the room didn't offer any cup, we had to prepare our own cups, so ridiculous.
5. The hand soap bottle in the bathroom was almost empty when we checked in. I was thinking the staff might fulfill it the next day and we had our own hand sanitizer, thus we didn't request them to solve the problem.
6. Then, the next day, I hung the "please make up my room" sign to the door when we were out from 11:20-16:20. When we were back, the room was not cleaned at all, the soap bottle was as empty as it was.
7. I could understand that there was an event in the lobby, but it would be better if the staff reminded the guests about the noise. I felt disturbed by the loud music around 20:00 and 22:00.
8. Considering the price 120 €/night, it didn't worth the money.”

Quarto amplo com boa cama, mas pode precisar de uma reforma e mais equipamentos, como chaleira e vidro. A comida era boa e abundante. Boa seleção na mesa do café e bom jantar. A equipe foi simpática e prestativa.”
