“I will start by saying I rarely write a bad review for a business. I own a successful business here in the TC and I will be letting my customers know what hotel not to use. The room I was checked into was FILTHY!! A pipe in my house broke and I am needing temporary housing for over a month. I am the best customer they could ask for. Long term easy going customers are easy money. Huge mess up on their part. Headboard above the bed had to hand marks from someone having a good time night before. Fridge had stains all over it. Desk where the computer chair is had hair all over it from where a girl was brushing. Sugar and coffee marks over by the sink. Honestly if you took a wet paper towel most of these would have been cleaned. But now I know this place isn’t sanitary at all. I have pictures of all of this but I can’t figure out how to post those to this review. Lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Give her a raise. Fire you’re housekeeping staff that worked last night. Being homeless the next couple months from my house remodel I only wanted to come to a place to shower and rest. You guys made that hard.”

“Terrible management. Tammy Hillyard & assistant manager Brittany are unprofessional, racist, and need fired. I took my children on a get away & FALSELY received a charge for smoking 3 hours after check out. The manager was not present til the next day , did not bother calling me back even tho she received my message, and hung up on me every time I tried to call. Fire this staff immediately! 0 stars. Bad service. Uncomfortable beds. Nasty breakfast.”
