“You have better options in the area--do not stay here. First--for a relatively new build--they did a very poor job. Things already look used and dated. Worn out would be a good word. The craftsmanship is way below standards. The pool was dirty and the area around was just uncomfortable. When we arrived--we could not get keys to our rooms. The system was down. So, when we needed let in--someone from the front-desk had to come up to let us in. It is now 11:14pm, and there has been an alarm going off in the elevator for at least 4 hours. We cannot sleep. It has not been stopped, the desk has no answers, and guests are expected to just deal. They have not found a way to stop it and they are not working to find solutions for guests that are impacted by this. We are adjacent to the elevator and it is loud enough that it is obnoxiously distracting. What they did do is make it to where guests are having to walk up the stairs with luggage, etc. Not the biggest deal, but I am having ankle surgery in a few days and four flights is not what I would call fun. There were stains on our duvet and the carpet of the room. Hair was found in the bathtub. We were not given any washcloths during the entirety of our stay. So--our last night here looks like we will be up all night before driving for several hours tomorrow. I was putting up with the issues because my friend works for the company, but they are failing to do the basics to support guests. Spend your money elsewhere. In the entire time that we have been here, they have failed to do the basics. It is poorly managed, poorly run, and just not a place you want to stay. There are three other options within 50 yards. Stay with one of them or find another place in the Edmond/North OKC area--as there are tons of options. They don't value your business and provide no value. When things go wrong--they respond as slow as they can get away with.”

“Room was nice, room was large. But not worth it when I woke up to find someone busted out my side glass on my car. So that stay cost me another $300 on top of the room. I did let the worker know he just said it happens all the time, you can call the police it you want. I think they may need to purchase more cameras or security if it happens enough not to be surprised!”
