“It's a shame that you can't rate a place 0 stars because I would in this case. Reserved and bought a room months in advance and when we arrived it was cancelled. No notice. Found out when we walked in at 7pm with all our luggage. It took 2 weeks to get a refund but that's because I continued to call daily to get this resolved. Excuses after excuses with these people. I would HIGHLY recommend saving your time and money and finding another hotel. Worst service EVER! É uma pena que você não possa avaliar um lugar com 0 estrelas porque eu faria neste caso. Demorou 2 semanas para obter um reembolso, mas isso porque continuei ligando diariamente para resolver isso. Desculpas atrás de desculpas com essas pessoas. Eu recomendo economizar seu tempo e dinheiro e encontrar outro hotel. Pior serviço NUNCA!”

“The Service was here was junk. We booked a room online as we wouldn't be checking until after midnight. The girl at the front desk was the rudest person. While my husband was checking us in at the counter, she yelled at him for "staring at her" while he was waiting to check in. Then she tried to tell him their online systems were down and they didn't have our booking and was trying to make us pay for the room again even though we had already paid and it said non refundable. She not once apologized for the confusion and was just plain nasty with her attitude. Total check in took almost 25 minutes. The only good thing about the hotel was the room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. The next morning we went down to get breakfast before heading back out for a 4 hour drive and we were told we had to purchase a breakfast voucher to eat the breakfast at $12 per person, even for my 4 year old. Was under the assumption breakfast was complimentary as it usually is. When you pay $120 for 1 night, it would only make sense that breakfast is included and certainly not $12 a person for a few bagels and cereal when Hardees across the street is $6-7 a person. Make it make sense. I am usually a big fan of Holiday Inns but this is the worst one I've ever experienced. O serviço estava aqui era lixo.
