Hotel não fica em Roma, fica uma hora de Roma mais ou menos, num lugar totalmente ermo, sem opção de nada praticamente, longe de tudo, recepcionistas mau humorados e sem paciência com o turista que não fala italiano ou inglês, a única coisa que poderia ser boa seriam as camas se não fosse a péssima acústica do hotel, se ouve bater as portas dos quartos o tempo todo, principalmente após as 5:30 da manhã, impossível dormir após esse horário. Café ruim como em praticamente toda a Europa.

Estou viajando com a minha família. Nosso vôo atrasou para sair do Brasil e perdemos o vôo que ia para França. A companhia aérea nos hospedou no Hotel Holiday Inn em Roma e a experiência foi maravilhosa. O ambiente é agradável e os quartos são excelentes. Perdemos o vôo, mas ganhamos uma noite em um hotel lindo. Obrigada Holiday Inn pela hospedagem, atenção e pelos serviços.

We stayed here because we had an early flight. The hotel interior is modern and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything I would expect from a Holiday Inn except we could actually open the window which was a nice surprise. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was good with a nice selection. What really impressed me was the service. Everyone was pleasant, informative, and helpful. I was concerned about getting a 4am taxi to the airport and they assured me that someone would be at the front desk and a taxi would be available in 5 minutes and that was absolutely true. While it is not close enough to the city center to stay as part of a vacation, it was perfect for access to the airport. (~15 minutes by taxi, €33 for four people).

Camareros en el buffet desagradables. No tienen lista de precios en toda la sala. Una cerveza 6€. Y ni siquiera traen la vuelta.

Pésimo hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada, me aloje unos días allí para unas cortas vacaciones y no pude tener peor experiencia. La habitación estaba sucia, lo dije en varias ocasiones en recepción y no hicieron nada. Claramente una nula y nefasta dirección. No vayas, no lo recomiendo.

Las habitaciones estan limpias y bastante actualizadas. Falta nevera. La atencion es buena y hablan muchas idiomas. El tren esta muy cerca para poder ir a Roma y los billetes los venden en recepcion. Nos ha sorprendido el menu de la media pension ya que solo te dan opción a tres platos que ya estan decididos por ellos y te puedes encontrar que solo comas verduras una noche. Además las bebidas no estan incluidas y son muy caras. Hemos estado en otro hotel de 4* en Roma y las tenian bastante más economicas.

We stayed in this holiday Inn during a work delegation for my husband's company. The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Their is a train station next to the hotel that makes access into the city very easy.

Experiência gerada pela TAP, que gentilmente cancelou meu vôo. Quartos excelentes. Bom atendimento. Fica longe para andarmos pela cidade em pouco tempo. Estação de trem próxima. Restaurante com excelente café da manhã.

Hotel ótimo, perto da estação Muratela de trem que faz ligação com o metrô rapidamente. Funcionários educados e gentis. Café da manhã maravilhoso!

They have let the place get a little run down. It is aged and not updated. The AC in our room room didn't work. The repair guy knew exactly what to do in the ceiling to repair it as though he has done this 1000 times to keep the place running. The lock on the door to first room they gave us did not work, so they had us switch rooms. The lock on the door to the gym would not open. The employee could not get it to open either. He said that the lock has been broken for weeks and only opens sometimes.

We were doomed to stay at this „hotel“ because of a cancelled flight. The staff treated us like prisoners, very unfriendly and unprofessional. After asking „shouldn’t we be in a different hotel organized by the airline?“ the receptionist told us very impolitely that she doesn’t care and that we can leave and try the other hotel if it is so important to us. Furthermore, a buffet was included, but this was separated from other hotel guests to not bother them. The food was cold and the waitress was neglecting the guests wishes for warm food. Also the F&B Manager was not impressed by our helpless situation. We did not spend the night here, because the room smelled strange and we did not feel comfortable at all + all the other reasons above.

I was nervous about staying here reading some of the online reviews but I had a good experience during my stay! The staff were very friendly and courteous. I did have to travel to get to the tourist sites but it's only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel to the nearest train station. A shuttle is available to/from the airport for a small fee. My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying there again for my next visit to Rome.

Sin aire acondicionado en pleno verano, se solicito que lo repararan en varias oportunidades y no lo hicieron. Exelente servicio se alimentación, aseado, los colchones muy viejos pero de resto bien.

The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is very good. But this is where the good ends. But DO AVOID THE RESTAURANT at any other time of the day. It is easily the worst I’ve ever been. You’re very likely to NOT get quite what you ordered. And if you do, it’s very likely NOT going to be cooked properly. And some of the male waiters are rude. Due to my business trips, I’ve stayed here 3-4 times over the last 2-3 years for 5 days at a time, and it was always like that

Upon check in, the front desk gave us keys to another guest's room. That alone should have made me leave immediately. The problems continued the four nights we stayed here. For 3 solid days there was no housekeeping service and we had to ask for towels from the front desk. When I finally demanded the room be serviced, the front desk associate asked me if it was because our Do Not Disturb sign was up- it was not. In fact, we left it off to attempt to get service... to no avail. The hotel staff will say and do anything to avoid responsibility. The breakfast area is not well stocked or well attended to, but the restaurant staff is eager to serve. The pool area is under construction, so your poolside days will be spent listening to metal grinding and hammering. Roberta, the customer experience manager came out to speak with me before we departed and despite telling her I only had a few minutes, she wanted to give me all the excuses as to why the stay had so many problems. She went on and on about the keys, only the explanation makes no sense because there were two different type of key cards so you cannot mix them up. She then asked me what she should discount our stay- as if it my job to figure out compensation for multiple issues. She posted $100 off, which came out to nothing, after the $32€ breakfast for 2 days and one evening meal here. There was no offer of 20%, only "what should I do?", after I'd already told her about the time constraints. This location is terrible. Avoid and save your sanity.

Pessima limpeza, festas até às tantas sem respeito por quem quer dormir, pequeno almoço caríssimo,18 euros. Muito distante de Roma e do aeroporto que serve os voos low costs. Não aconselho e não volto.

Muy buena opción por si deseas moverte en transporte público. La parada del tren está entre 5-8 minutos a pie llamada “Muratella” y en recepción del hotel te venden los tickets a €1.5 ida al centro (mayo 2022). Me hospede en este hotel y por ser miembro me dieron upgrade de habitación aunque puedo decir que la cama de la habitación no era lo que esperaba, estaba muy pequeña y las almohadas un poco duras. Sin embargo, las instalaciones del hotel son bastante modernas y el personal muy amable. Ventajas: estación de tren cercana con fácil acceso al centro de Roma. Desventajas: No hay opciones cerca de restaurantes, así que si deseas comer quizás la mejor opción es en el hotel. (Precios razonables para un hotel).

Es un hotel muy cómodo, agradable, exacto lo que se requiere para descansar. La distancia es, dependiendo de lo que buscas, muy cerca del aeropuerto, alejado de la ciudad. Si vas a trasladarte en transporte público, necesitas regresar muy temprano por la noche. De lo demás, todo es genial.

Habitaciones muy amplias, éramos 4 personas, 2 camas dobles muy cómodas. Totalmente con moqueta, limpia cada día. Baño grande. Desayuno estupendo, había de todo a pesar de que siendo semana Santa el hotel estaba a tope, no faltó de nada en hora punta. Su situación no es céntrica pero son 10 minutos en tren que tiene frecuencia de 13 minutos (parada a 5 minutos del hotel) más metro que en 4 paradas llegas al centro. Total no más de 30 minutos estás en pleno centro, por 1.5 € el billete tienes el desplazamiento durante 100 minutos (si combinas metro con tranvía o autobús). Calidad precio bueno. Servicio hotel de desplazamiento (pago a parte) y parada taxi en puerta hotel. Del centro al hotel fueron unos 27 euros en taxi. Cenas a la carta, precios un pelin altos aunque platos contundentes. Totalmente recomendable si no te importa estar a las afueras del centro.
