“Stayed here for 2 nights. Check-in experience was wonderful as Robert was friendly, welcoming, informative and professional. But the check-out experience was Dana was the complete opposite. Felt as if she shouldn't be in the hospitality trade as she was the complete opposite of what hospitality and service should represent. Even prior to checking out, when we walked into the hotel during our stay and said "hello" she didn't respond nor smile. The experiences we remember when we leave is how people make us feel during our stay and due to her, we will not stay there again.
We had 2 rooms and both had cleanliness issues. The hotel surely needs some upgrading as it seems aged.
The hotel is conveniently located and the room had complimentary water, a mini fridge and a microwave. The bathroom amenities also included a mouthwash.
A huge thanks to Robert for being pleasant and courteous. Your professionalism and courtesy was appreciated by everyone in our group.
There are quite a few other hotels around this area. We will surely stay at one of those next time we visit as our overall experience was below average.”

“O hotel foi reinaugurado faltando tudo, restaurante, banheiros no primeiro piso, serviço de quarto. Peguei uma estadia q dizia café e cheguei lá eram vouchers para ir em um determinado lugar pegar as cousas( uma quadra) .Lá era uma casa de bagel e sanduíches,meu café e iogurte ,frutas. Fiquei insatisfeita vom a colocação da gerência e n resolveram meu problema. Quarto bom, novo, toalhas boas”
