The rooms look super dated but are maintained clean. The furniture looks like it's been here several decades. Other than that though, nothing to really complain about. The property is well located and has many amenities including a well-appointed gym. Someone surprised the rooms haven't been renovated, would have given it perfect marks if they were. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

It was okay. After 12 hours of travel it wasn’t great that after our digital check in through the app the digital key didn’t work; it was doubly annoying that that when we called down to the front desk the clerk said they would reset the key “and if that doesn’t work you can come down to the desk and get a physical key.” (We were on the fifth floor, dog-tired, and going back to the desk wasn’t an option; we did ask them to bring us a key when the reset didn’t work and they did, but that should have been what they OFFERED the first time…this isn’t just a Hilton-owned brand, it’s an actual Hilton.) We ran out of toothpaste the last day of our trip and thankfully they had complimentary packets at the front desk when we arrived. (We should have just asked for a physical key then but how were we to know those keys are so glitchy?)Otherwise the stay was fine. Airport shuttle departed and arrived on time. Quiet, no frills. Decor is VERY dated (pretty ugly actually) and our room had some raggedy carpet at the thresholds and a toilet not quite square with the wall. Beds were comfortable. Curtains are like a jungle to get to the blackout layer but they kept the sun out while we slept. Served its purpose for the 10 hours we were there, but it didn’t feel like a Hilton.

A really nice Hilton with the feel of an older, grand style Hotel. The fitness center and pool area was pristine; both the bar/restaurant and full menu or buffet breakfast was all excellent quality. I was there for 5 nights for business; it really made a difference to have all the amenities on hand. Nice little gift shop and hair/nail salon too. Would definitely stay again, whether for business or leisure.

Decent hotel for a layover at the airport. Hotel is a bit dated. The airport shuttle is a bit unpredictable. We were told times it ran when we booked then they were different and my travel partner waited 45 minutes. There’s one restaurant on-site open late and absolutely nothing else close to eat. Staff was accommodating for a late checkout.

I stayed in this hotel for a layover because I missed a connection due to many delays. The Hotel room is a bit dated but the bed was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle doesn’t work well. I waited forever at the airport to be picked up (while seeing other hotels shuttles passing by several times) I tried to call the hotel many times to tell them I was there waiting but nobody picked up. The reception wasn’t very friendly except for the Lady. The one man told me there wasn’t any seat available for the 6:30 am shuttle so I should have taken the 6:00. Breakfast starts at 6:00. I am sorry that they don’t care if their customers leave the hotel without having breakfast and not even try to organize several shuttles if there are so many people that need that time frame. I asked for a “take away” / cold breakfast and it wasn’t available. I was disappointed ! In the end I found a seat on the shuttle thanks to the Nice lady at the front desk. There’s one restaurant on-site open late and people were really nice . They breakfast was good and the staff was very nice .

I am beyond in disbelief of the customer service and the overall experience in general. Upon entering our first room it smelled like urine. In that room we also have our baby who uses formula. We woke up the next morning to seeing ants literally everywhere and all over my baby’s things. I’ve had to dump things in the middle of a formula shortage. Which is a horrible loss to any new mom who has to literally travel to find this stuff. Reached out to the front desk at around 6am. They were prompt and moved us to a different room. We looked didn’t see any ants initially. We left the hotel for the day and came back at night. Before we left we kept everything off the floor, nothing in reach and hung up everything. Came back to the room with ants in the bed and on the desk they have yet again. Went downstairs around 12 at night to complain again. The manager told me we can either check out in the middle of the night with our newborn baby and get a refund, or he could move us to yet another ant room. I get that it’s a tough job especially with a worker shortage. The manager was not attentive neither empathetic at all. He actually seemed really clueless about what to say or do. If you have baby’s I would not recommend staying here until they fix the ant problem. The hotel is very dated at that. I did enjoy a salad I got from the bar and the customer service was stellar from the bartender.

The hotel looked nice and the room was clean, however, I feel like I was SCAMMED by the counter clerk.My husband and I stayed at Hilton Washington Dulles for a day reservation due to our long layover in Washington.When we called Hilton a day earlier, on the 19th of April, we were told a day stay would be around $100, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, (9 hours) which is fine. I made a reservation with Britney, who had assured us she would be putting a note for reception to see.When we arrived that morning, the lady at reception said she didn’t have the day prices and we would be charged $200 plus taxes for the NIGHT, but when I explained the situation, she said $120 plus taxes, plus a $50 deposit. She then said my credit card was not going through (which I found surprising because it was working fine right before and throughout my trip) and asked me for it to pass it herself. I did not see the amount nor did I authorize it. I never had to enter a pin and I did not sign anything.We checked out that SAME DAY to catch our flight, and a few days later I received an invoice by email. For $230! It also said that our check out date was a day later!I wrote an email and no one bothered to reply. Very disappointed and will never stay there again. It’s not even about the money, but the fact that we feel we were cheated.

El hotel cuenta con habitaciones cómodas y limpias, las amenidades están bien pero todo esto se echa a perder con el servicio al cliente, desde los drivers del shuttle y los agentes del frontdesk unpleasent people huge lack of customer services, y lo peor es el servicio dentro del restaurante, rudos y patanes.

This hotel did not have service as you expect from Hilton hotel. It's service was up to a 2 or 3 star hotels. They did not clean the room even though we did not put a sign on the door. There were no fridge in the room though they said they have a friedge in the room. We got rooms with 2 King size beds but the beds were at most full size beds. The trash bins were so small that they were full with a couple of coffee cups. They did not come to clean the room even though we asked them to do so and they made an excuse that it is late. The bathroom was not working. I'm not recommending it to anybody unless you make sure that they give you a good room.

La atencion es buena. Siempre hay mucha gente, pero mucha y eso puede incomodar. Lo bueno es que laa habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, mas alla que el hotel tienen sus años. El desayuno es muy bueno y tienen transfer gratuitos ida y vuelta al hotel

El personal del front desk que cubrió el turnode la noche en que llegué fueron poco considerados, no nos activaron el wifi sino hasta la mañana siguiente. ElA/A enfrió sólo la primera noche. El desayuno es pequeño, aunque satisface; la sala donde lo sirven es pequeña por lo que se llena muy rápido y pues toca esperar. Me han comentado que tienen un happy hour a las 4 pm, aunque en lo personal no fui por lo que no sé qué tan cierto sea, puedes preguntar para ver qué dicen. El Dulles Town Center está un tanto lejitos, un UBER puede estar costando 18$ aprox.Pero creo que el hotel puede llevarlos gratis, me parece que tienen un horario para llevar y buscar a sus huespedes. Por fuera luce elegante, pero el área de las habitaciones parece de los años 70, todo en tonalidades chocolates.

El hotel es bueno, pero necesitan mejorar el internrt en algunas areas. No hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cerca. El hotel ofrece diariamente un snack gratis por dos horas no incluye bebidas alcoholicas.
