“If I could have left a zero star I would have. The room was beautiful BUT there is a nightclub/bar directly across the interior courtyard from my Executive suite room. People hollering from my floor to the bar woke me up. I contacted the front desk, was told a party had ended and they went to the bar to continue. Front desk said the partying wasn’t going to last much longer, THEN the music started blaring. Front desk offered me earplugs or to move my room but by the time I get packed back up and move to another room the bar should be closing (which ended up later than was is listed on the handout in the room). A nightclub/bar environment was NOT shared on the website. Who puts a nightclub/bar in the middle of a hotel, by hotel rooms, and then doesn’t make them soundproof. Fine for some, but those who need to actually sleep, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will probably never return to this hotel and will share my experience with others.”

“Not worth the money. The best answer to why it is expensive was given to me by my son when he said the lobby is nice. The bathroom is too small, the wifi is terrible, the water barely gets hot, there is no microwave in the rooms. I just don't see why anyone would spend extra money for this place. I guess the elevators were cool and they have a pool, hot tub, and gym. The staff also seemed very nice. There's that.”
