“O quarto era bom e limpo, a vista era ok. A Jacuzzi parece que alguém cagou ali. O cavalheiro no balcão do café da manhã, anotando os pedidos, foi extremamente rude. Ele anotou nosso pedido e, quando percebemos que o café da manhã não era de graça, não queríamos mais pedir e ele manteve uma atitude silenciosa conosco. Eu até disse a ele obrigado por sua ajuda, mas queremos comer em um lugar onde possamos sentar, se não for café da manhã de graça e ele não disse nada, apenas me deu um olhar feio. A recepção também não foi muito útil para nos ajudar a encontrar o local para o café da manhã. Tivemos que perguntar a ela 3 vezes, porque ela não queria dar instruções adequadas. Além disso, quando você entra aqui para pegar os elevadores, há um cara que o persegue como se você estivesse prestes a roubar o lugar. Eu não entendo o que está acontecendo. De qualquer forma, eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente. Eu não gosto de pessoas rudes quando estou fora de bom humor tentando me divertir.”
