The hotel itself was alright especially for an airport hotel. Originally booked this hotel due to the dock so my friends could grab me on their boat. House keeping did not come to my room once the entire stay even when I asked the front desk to send them which was disappointing. I’m really only giving four stars because of my experience with the bartender at the pool. Phillip was so amazing and personable he made our stay special. We genuinely looked forward to hitting the pool everyday just to see him, the man deserves a raise. Even when the pool got crowded with jet skiers he handled service so well all by himself ( I myself am in the service industry so this stood out to me). Would definitely come back on my next visit not to stay but to go by the pool for some drinks. Definitely recommend this as a fun day activity

It is a very nice and clean hotel with really lovely employees who were so helpful and kind. I saw an entitled guest giving an employee a hard time and this employee handled himself so professionally, I was so impressed. I wanted to go tell this guest that they were being unreasonable and I wanted to say a few other things but I kept my mouth shut and was very impressed with this young man, he deserves a promotion for sure.

I really wanted to love this hotel, but so many things went wrong. When I arrived, the room was not clean, carpets were clearly dirty, and toilet wasn't even attached to wall. the air vents were absolutely black from not being cleaned and overall the room just didn't have a great smell. I was there for an event, I ordered food after working all day, and was told the delivery driver would not be able to bring the food upstairs. Since I had only packed dressy clothes (including high heels), I asked if the front desk or anyone could bring it up and I would gladly pay them. Their response, "Come down barefoot". I just expected more from such a nice hotel chain and was pretty disappointed. Can't say I'll be returning.

My sink was clogged when I tried to wash my face. Then water started coming up the drain and ran all over the bathroom floor. It was horrible. I called down to the front desk three times.. Front desk hung up on me and was rude Took 45 minutes to fix no apology. My request to speak to a manager was not honored. It was horrible I was tired all I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed and I couldn’t do it. I feel like I would’ve gotten better service at Motel six. When I checked out and let them know my dissatisfaction I was simply offered Hilton honors points. The way I was treated It is unlikely I will stay at a Hilton again. So disappointed I don’t know what happened to the company.

I had an okay stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing, and I got room service which was also good with a very tasty meal. Unfortunately the room wasn't very great; had quite a bit of rust in the bathroom and other visual detractors. Overall the room was a bit underwhelming for the cost. However, I would stay here again primarily for the convenience of a short trip and for the very chill staff.
