Sem estacionamento, quartos caros, mau serviço. A garagem estava cheia, então fomos direcionados para uma garagem “transbordante”. De manhã, havia moradores de rua dormindo em todo o lugar e parecia muito inseguro. A pessoa no telefone foi muito rude quando perguntado sobre um check-in antecipado. Havia sangue em uma das pinturas do elevador e as paredes são finas como papel. Não recomendo.

No hay estacionamiento, habitaciones caras, mal servicio. El garaje de estacionamiento estaba lleno, por lo que nos dirigieron a un garaje de "desbordamiento". Por la mañana había vagabundos durmiendo por todos lados y se sentía muy inseguro. La persona en el teléfono fue muy grosera cuando se le preguntó acerca de un check-in temprano. Había sangre en uno de los cuadros junto al ascensor y las paredes son finas como el papel. No lo recomiendo.

Great location and staff. We like the hospitality and service that everyone demonstrated during our stay. The lobby is also amazing and stunning.

No parking, overpriced rooms, poor service. The parking garage was full so we were directed to an “overflow” garage. In the morning there were homeless people sleeping all over the place and it felt very unsafe. The person on the phone was very rude when asked about an early check-in. There was blood on one of the paintings by the elevator and the walls are paper thin. Do not recommend.

Tivemos um show no centro de convenções que eles têm e ficamos duas noites. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis que são muito importantes para mim quando viajo. A equipe é simpática e eles oferecem um buffet de pequeno-almoço que é muito bom. Nice bar e área de lounge também.

Tuvimos un espectáculo en el centro de convenciones que tienen y nos quedamos dos noches. Camas y almohadas cómodas que son muy importantes para mí cuando viajo. El personal es amable y ofrecen un buffet de desayuno que es bastante bueno. Bonito bar y sala de estar también.

We had a show at the convention center they have and stayed two nights. Comfortable beds and pillows which are very important to me when traveling. The staff is friendly and they provide a breakfast buffet that is quite good. Nice bar and lounge area as well.

Bonito quarto. Piscina estava bem, mas FRIA. Sem banheira de hidromassagem. A comida no restaurante não era boa. Buffet de café-da-manhã foi extremamente caro (teria sido cerca de US$ 80 para a nossa família de 5) e os lanches que estavam disponíveis como alternativa eram obsoletos.

Nice room. Pool was okay but COLD. No hot tub. Food in the restaurant was NOT good. Breakfast buffet was extremely overpriced (would've been around $80 for our family of 5) and the snacks that were available as an alternative were stale.

Very very comfortable room! Beds are Heavenly! The staff couldn't possibly be any nicer or more accommodating! Hotel is beautiful & is fairly new.

Sinto muito, mas para mim, não há outro lugar como o Hilton Downtown. Tão profissionalismo em cada esquina e tão limpo. Boa comida. Restaurante no andar principal, estacionamento subterrâneo, linho branco, camas tão macias, mas firmes. E os móveis são absolutamente lindos. Tive que pedir toalhas limpas, mas um serviço rápido. Acima de tudo, estadia PERFEITA !!! Eu voltarei ... apenas para a segurança com no edifício. Me faz sentir mais à vontade ....

Quarto limpo. Garçonete de restaurante super agradável. O resto foi em declive a partir daí. O estacionamento era uma piada, cobrado, mas o lote lotou durante o jantar. Tive que estacionar na garagem da cidade a alguns quarteirões de distância. O contador não foi útil com o estacionamento. Precisava de um carregador de telefone que foi deixado no veículo a 2 quarteirões de distância novamente sem assistência. Na segunda noite, ao reclamar do estacionamento que eu paguei antecipadamente, ele revirou os olhos para mim. Resumo, muito caro, equipe indiferente, e não vale a pena voltar. Da próxima vez na cidade ficarei em outro lugar.

Lo siento, pero para mí, no hay otro lugar como el Hilton Downtown. Tan profesionalismo en cada esquina y tan limpio. Buena comida. Restaurante en el piso principal, estacionamiento subterráneo, sábanas blancas y frescas, camas tan suaves pero firmes. Y los muebles son absolutamente hermosos. Tuve que pedir toallas limpias pero un servicio rápido. Sobre todo, ¡¡¡Quédate PERFECTO !!! Volveré ... solo por la seguridad en el edificio. Me hace sentir más a gusto ...

Room clean.Resturant waitress super nice.The rest was downhill from there.Parking was a joke, charged but lot filled while out to dinner.Had to park in city garage a couple of blocks way.Counter was not helpful with parking.Needed a phone charger that was left in vehicle 2 blocks away again no assistance.On second night when complaining about parking that I prepaid for he rolled his eyes at me.Summary, over priced, uncaring staff, and not worth returning.Next time in town will stay elsewhere.

I'm sorry but for me, there is no other place like the Hilton Downtown. So professionalism around every corner, and so clean. Good food. Restaurant main floor,underground parking, crisp, white linen, beds so soft yet firm. And the furniture are absolutely gorgeous. Had to ask for fresh towels but prompt service. Over all, PERFECT Stay!!!I will be going back....just for the security with in the building. Makes me feel more at-ease....

La habitación sencilla con cama king size es amplia al igual que el baño, el cual no contaba con bañera solo regadera pero no sé si sea normal. El hotel aún huele a nuevo por lo que las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. El servicio es excelente

BEAUTIFUL hotel, very clean and love the security of this property, you must have an active room key to get to the guest room floors. It was very quiet and relaxing, felt like a good place for adults.

Check in was horrific. Seating at restaurant took many minutes although no one else was in line. Food was not great. Check out and hassle with parking were the worst my husband who in the past year...
