What a relief to come back to a hotel after 3 yrs and find it as delightful as it was in 2019! Friendly staff, warm comfortable quiet clean rooms a stones throw from the Cathedral. You might hear the bells, but that just says it's breakfast time!

Have stayed here a couple of times. The 2nd time (in Oct 2022) we had a family (2 inter-connecting) room. Lovely & clean, with good bathrooms and fast power showers. However it was on the ground floor with a view of a back of another building (not great). Perfectly situated and a stones throw from the Cathedral, main railway station and shops/high st. Price is as expected for a Hilton that is centrally located. We would stay here again.

The Hilton Hotel in the city of Cologne in Germany is a great hotel. The location is great in the city center next to the gothic cathedral Europe's largest Catholic church located in the city center which is its main destination. Very close to Cologne's excellent train station and a short walk away. I must say that the service at the hotel is excellent. The service clerks are very friendly, stunning, cute, charming. The rooms are very nice and also comfortable, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is great. The service at the hotel is really amazing. The city of Cologne itself is a wonderful city with lively and colorful streets full of shopping stores and restaurants. It is located in the North Rhine-Westphalia region in western Germany, the largest city in this region, and the fourth largest city in Germany as a whole. I really enjoyed my vacation at this hotel. It was a lot of fun and many thanks to the excellent team who provided good service.

Let me tell you a story about disappointment. Checked in and went to look for parking. The garage is marked incorrectly, the second section is being used by sixt rental car and they still have signs saying there are spots open. My friend got to his room and it was not cleaned, garbage still there from the last guests. I had to ask them if they had another room, I wasn't even offered a solution and had to cone up with a plan for them. The hotel gives chips for free drinks at the bar, waste of effort. You can only drink beer and soft drinks. We asked for a vodka lime and got what was on the picture. Their "upscale" bar is a joke the waiter was rude even by German standards. The staff at breakfast was awesome and did not reflect the rest of the hotel. The rooms are very old and in serious need of renovation. Cologne is dilapidated city and it seems Hilton let this hotel go the same way. By far the most disappointing stay at a Hilton ever. This made me question my loyalty to Hilton.

This hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good. The towels had to be changed when I got there as they were not the cleanest. They offered me a drink voucher for the inconvenience, however I didn't use it. I requested they swap for the breakfast I paid for instead, and they agreed. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. If stay here again. The location was great.

great place, great staff, great food, but the room this year was so cold, i was told you could not set the thermostat above 70degrees FI dont even keep my chocolate store @70, so to keep my sleeping...
