“This hotel is the best value around in the Chicago area. The service was impeccable and the hotel has great amenities. Our stay was absolutely spectacular. The hotel is massive and very luxurious, generous size rooms and many interior details not offered by other hotels costing so much more. We love it and we highly recommend it.Breakfast was great, from the choices of pastries, yogurt and the pancake station. The hotel can use a bit of updating in some areas but nothing concerning or distracting.I still believe that the aging aspect of the hotel is greatly trumped by the level of service and sheer overall quality they offer.”
