La ubicación , al anochecer , no es la idónea para llegar caminando . Íbamos en metro hasta Pigalle y de allí en taxi

A estadia foi péssima, preço é uma miséria, mas entrega muito menos do que promete. Ar-condicionado não existe, localidade péssima, wi-fi não funciona… pior hotel que já fiquei, sem dúvidas.

Nice and clean hotel. I liked the colors and furniture, but the room was so small..like literally, very small..and it’s close to metro so a good point. This district of Paris is not really safe and clean, you need to be careful, there was homeless people close to the hotel but generally fine hotel, and not that expensive! Hotel agradável e limpo. Gostei das cores e dos móveis, mas o quarto era tão pequeno... literalmente, muito pequeno... e fica perto do metrô, então é um bom ponto. While I stayed at this hotel, I had to wake up at 7:30 with VERY loud metal banging noises that went on and on until around 10:30 (or probably later too, I just decided to leave the hotel then). I COULD NOT SLEEP NOR REST. I had a migraine all morning. We discovered that workers were yelling and carrying heavy things up the stairs and these heavy items were constantly banging against the metal rails of the stairs. I am sure everyone on the left-wing of the hotel woke up to these beautiful sounds :) When we went to the reception to ask if there was a construction going on or something, he said nothing is going on. We told him about the VERY loud noises that had been going on for hours and said that yes people were carrying stuff in the hotel and LAUGHED and said “everyone does what they want here in Paris”. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 best customer service. After continuing to laugh he just left the reception and left us with our words in our mouth. Additionally, the breakfast option is terrible. There is NO VARIETY for things to eat (unless you like boiling your own eggs), the coffee machine lost its electricity and one of the women working there yelled at me in French something about the machine I guess? Lastly, the workers in the reception are VERY SLOW (usually a line in reception) and their English leaves a lot to be desired. Not recommended!!

Nice clean hotel at good price. Location is the bad point. Looks rough with homeless and drugs addict about. Construction in the area makes it hard walk across streets towards the metro only 10-15 min walk. No noise in the rooms as it is double/double glazed. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Pior hotel que já estive, na chegada nada parecia estar acontecendo. Chegou no quarto o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, isso foi relatado na recepção e eles indicaram que esse problema já deveria ter sido resolvido, mas que iriam verificar amanhã. Ficamos apenas duas noites e estava 36 graus, então para nós não fazia muito sentido. No dia seguinte indicou que o ar condicionado ainda não funcionava e recebemos uma boca atrevida da recepcionista que nem queria me deixar terminar. O ar condicionado foi uma das razões pelas quais escolhemos o hotel com esse calor. Totalmente não amigável ao cliente. Estacionamento também muito mal organizado. As portas da garagem emperram continuamente e você mal consegue sair. E você tem que pagar € 40 por isso por um dia e meio. Muito mal organizado e nunca mais.

El hotel no cumple con lo que ofrece. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionó durante nuestra permanencia y el calor durante la noche no permitía descansar. Al pedir explicación al personal de la recepción sobre ello, solo decían de una manera descortés que “mañana vienen los técnicos”. Si quiere venir a Paris y tener una permanencia cómoda, busquen otra alternativa, porque en este hotel no la van a conseguir.

El hotel está bien y muy bien comunicado con el metro a 5 minutos, no es de las mejores zonas de París, pero el hotel es correcto. Le pongo poca puntuación porque los recepcionista del hotel muy estupidos

Very poor hotel. If there was less than one star, I would have given it. There was no aircon when we booked in. Rooms were ultra small. Not worth the money they charge. Avoid at all cost. Overpriced. Located in a dicey neighborhood as you can see characters hassling people for money at the traffic intersection. They seem to be sleeping under the bridges closeby. Very awkward walk to the metro from this hotel. Females will freak out.

Fiquei pela segunda vez neste hotel por uma noite para assistir a um concerto. Como te dizer. Quanto ao quarto, muito bom. Boa roupa de cama, quarto agradável, espaçoso e bem isolado, embora o ar condicionado tenha quebrado durante a minha segunda estadia. Por outro lado, uma organização claramente a ser revista. Se você pretende almoçar no hotel, conte pelo menos uma hora e meia de espera. Então decidimos comer fora, mas era impossível sermos reembolsados ​​pelos cafés da manhã que havíamos pago antecipadamente. Ao nível dos parques de estacionamento (obviamente está escrito em letras muito pequenas num canto do balcão), lembre-se de especificar ao hotel que alugou um lugar onde pagará 80€ em vez de 20€. Worst experice I have had in a hotel. Started off with us arriving and being informed the AC was not working, it was clear from the posters around the place it had been out for a while and they had failed to inform us. On the first day room service knocked and despite us yelling No NO NO!! Repeatedly they opened the door. Noise carries far too well from the other rooms and hallway. Will not recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a nice experience in Paris

- Reception weren't friendly in the way they should be - window basically auto-closed - AC was not adjustable (most days I woke up in a puddle of sweat) - view was of a backstreet business area that had plenty of garbage around - breakfast was pretty good - 5 minutes walk from the metroOverall the stay was pretty much what I paid for. Luckily for me, most of my time was spent out in Paris - so it was moreso a place to sleep (mostly ruined by the aforementioned AC/window situation) than anything. Keep in mind that Saint Denis is also regarded as a high crime area.

Tanto el hotel como el personal de diez. Limpieza, atención,... El desayuno muy bueno. Sólo el entorno con mala gente me impide dar cinco estrellas.

Decent hotel on outskirts of Paris… it was actually further out than expected with a 50km walk from Gare du Nord Rooms are basic and small but clean and functional. Breakfast looked good but was not restricted after the rush and therefore left very little of choice. Guidance on how best to access the city via public transport should be clearer… staff struggled to give me clear guidance (also a pointer that it is not that simple with no direct option except a taxi).

Bom hotel, boa estrutura, bom atendimento, apesar do quarto ser pequeno ele é bem prático. O Hotel fica próximo à um terminal de trem e metrô, único ponto negativo é que para se dirigir para este ponto temos que passar por uma área escura e perigosa em meio a alguns viadutos próximo, evitamos passar a noite mas fora isso valeu a pena demais pelo custo beneficio.

Limpieza y atención NEFASTA!! La recepcionista muy descarada. No tienen saber estar cara al público. No nos han limpiado la habitación ni cambiado toallas en todos los días que hemos Estado. Esta andaba a 15 min del Metro por una zona bastante turbia con mendigos y así. La habitación muy pequeña... El baño sucisimo. Estaba sin limpiar. La tercera cama sin montar. Por el precio pues bueno es lo que hay. Pero yo no volvería.

O hotel é bem legal, mas fica longe do centro. E fiquei com receio de ir até o metrô, parece meio perigoso, principalmente a noite

El hotel en sí está genial. Una habitación pequeña pero limpia y con todo lo necesario: plato ducha con WC independientes y colchones cómodos. El problema es la zona. El barrio en el que se encuentra puede ser peligroso por la noche, por lo que nosotros nos desplazamos en taxi hasta la puerta del hotel.

Estancia agradable pero pésima ubicación- El hotel estaba bien, las habitaciones limpias y la cama cómoda. Por la noche hacía bastante calor y no se podían abrir las ventanas de la habitación resultando un poco agobiante, pero por lo demás no hay pega, el desayuno muy bueno y de estilo buffet. El tema de la ubicación, la zona donde está situado el hotel, en uno de los peores barrios de paris, nada seguro. Nosotros cogimos este hotel por tema que calidad precio lo ponían muy bien, pero si quieres llegar por la tarde al hotel tranquilo tendrás que coger un uber o taxi. No lo recomiendo para familias con niños.

Hotel muy bien cuidado y cómodo por dentro, la estancia como tal muy bien. El problema es la ubicación del hotel, situado en un barrio muy malo. Si quieres volver por la tarde noche o por la noche si quieres ir con seguridad deberas coger uber o taxi. No recomiendo para familias con niños.

Everything was great. The staff seemed friendly. The rooms were really good, even thou they were small - everything was very clean and new, the bedsheets and towels were changed every day, the whole atmosphere felt superb. The breakfast was also really good. Even thou the options were small, the food itself tasted great and we were pleasantly surprised. The mood in the breakfast area was really good with the music playing. The experience that you get considering the relatively cheap pricing is astonishing. Overall experience was better than expected and we are shocked that this is only a 2-star hotel. It should have ATLEAST 3 stars. Would recommend and go back once again for sure. The only problem that we encountered was that there were no information that money from your bank accounted will be deducted only on the day of arrival which made us concerned that our booking may have not been made or was made incorrectly.
