Se você está perseguindo aquele "WoW!" Fator então este é o lugar para você. Vistas de tirar o fôlego, serviço incrível e excelente equipe. Desempenho excepcional pela equipe e serviço. Oficialmente meu hotel favorito em Bali.Os toques pessoais e serviço da equipe são inigualáveis. O tipo de hotel onde você faz o check in e não precisa sair (ou quer sair no meu caso).

Parece que estamos no meio da floresta, bom para quem ama a natureza, quer ficar longe da multidão, muito tranquilo. A villa com piscina privada foi incrível, eu e minha amiga nos sentimos como uma princesa. Tão confortável quanto queríamos. Serviço são absolutamente Forbes 5 estrelas! As pessoas são genuinamente amigáveis.

Se siente como si estuviéramos en medio del bosque, bueno para aquellos que aman la naturaleza, quieren estar lejos de la multitud, muy relajante. La villa con piscina privada fue increíble, mi amigo y yo nos sentimos como una princesa. Tan cómodo como queríamos. ¡El servicio es absolutamente Forbes 5 Star! La gente es genuinamente amable.

It feels like we're in the middle of forest, good for those who loves nature, wants to be away from crowd, very calming. The villa with private pool were amazing, me & my friend felt like a princess. So comfy as we wanted. Service are absolutely Forbes 5 Star! People are genuinely friendly.

If your chasing that "WoW!" Factor then this is the place for you. Views to take your breath away, amazing service and great staff. Exceptional performance by the staff and service. Officially my favourite hotel in Bali. The personal touches and service by the staff are second to none. The type of hotel where you check in and don't need to leave (or want to leave in my case).

Una de las mejores estancias en hoteles que hemos tenido. INCREÍBLE servicio, comida, vistas, comodidades y ubicación. El personal fue inmensamente atento y siempre atento. El rafting y el trekking también fueron excelentes. Recomiendo encarecidamente las villas con vistas al río ayung a cualquiera que busque una estancia de primera en Bali. ¡¡No puedo estar más contenta!! Gracias a todos los que están allí.

Uma das melhores estadias de hotel que já tivemos. INCRÍVEL serviço, comida, vistas, comodidades e localização. Os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e sempre atenciosos. O rafting e o trekking também foram excelentes. Eu recomendo as villas com vista para o rio ayung para quem procura uma estadia de alto nível em Bali. Eu não posso estar mais satisfeito!! A 7 nights stay at this property made it feel a bit like a home away from home - hard to bid farewell largely due to their attentive and professional team who made Ubud experience extra memorable - special thanks to Chef Suta, Awin who took care of us even before our arrival, and guide Agus.We were upgraded to a villa and due to discount, we decided not to do hotel hopping. It was a great choice. And sparing time to give this review is my way of saying thanks!First thing i’d recommend their activities - it brought us to closer contact with the local ways, people and we had a lot of fun chatting with our guide.We went for 2 day spa package (the one with Yoga and biathon), hike Mount Batul, can you keep a secret and chef table. Only Mount Batul was with their trusted vendor, others are with Four Seasons staff.If I were to only recommend 2.Chef table - just go for it. Was my Ubud highlight. Not just for the food, but for the conversation with Chef Suta, and seeing the traditions, belief of Balinese culture through cuisine.Biathon - a bit of physical work and sun, we are quite athletic individuals so it wasn’t hardfor us at all. But for those that are less active - i guess it should be okay compared to the 1.5 hour hike up mountain batul & waking up at 2am. Agus is known as the “muscle guy” around the hotel, funny and passionate guide - the view and feel of route he choose was very very nice. Learnt all about the making of rice, balinese home and community structures by asking a lot of curious questions along our paddling up and down hill. Spotting cute dogs, chicks, birds and roasters along the unwinding curves.Property wise - 15 minutes away from downtown, right by the river so there’s this “CALM app” audio bgm going on all the time. surrounded by the lush green open yet nicely in distance so you feel it is an open space. Riding on the buggy back to villa itself is meditative and unwinding. I like the stroll on early mornings on their neatly maintained garden and rice fields.With covid - facilities are mostly all open except the pool side restaurant where they send food from Ayung Terrance. The free breakfast comes in ala carte with options from vegan, western to indonesian - they’re open to half portions for us to try more dishes.Side note: Bali just opened up so the hotel is rather quiet with under 40% occupancy. So we might been lucky to have benefited from the team’s extra bandwidth - regardless - they felt like one friendly, genuine family.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. INCREDIBLE service, food, views, amenities, and location. The staff were immensely attentive and were always thoughtful. The rafting and trekking were also excellent. I would highly recommend the ayung river view villas for anyone looking for a top notch stay in Bali. I can’t be more pleased!! Thank you to everyone there.

É um serviço de seis estrelas que colocar o outro hotel de cinco estrelas de vergonha. Serviço de segurança que guardavam a porta, até a garçonete realmente me impressionou. O hotel está bem conservado apesar de não ser um novo hotel (não espere mobiliário moderno). Ele é voltado para aqueles que privacidade valor e serviço acolhedor, enquanto perto da natureza. Se você odeia a natureza, este talvez não para você (ou qualquer outro hotel em Ubud)Acontece que eu gosto do Ayung terraço Ano Novo Chinês jantar. comida chinesa não é o prato típico da oferta restaurante, mas o sabor é ótimo no entanto. Afirmativo!

It's a six Star service that put the other five star hotel to shame. Service from the security that guarded the gate until the waitress really impressed me. The hotel is well maintained although it is not a new hotel (don't expect modern furniture). It is aimed for those who value privacy and warm service, while close to the nature. If you hate nature, this maybe not for you (or any other hotel in Ubud)I happen to enjoy the Ayung terrace Chinese New Year dinner. Chinese food is not the typical dish the restaurant offer, but the taste is great nonetheless. Thumbs up!
