“I want to LOVE it..& I do because the restaurant, housekeeping & servers were incredible. But the sound proofing wasn't great. I could hear people in the hallway, showers running, TV even when on low from the hallway. I love that they've switched from the tiny bottle soaps, shampoo & conditioner to environmentally friendly options..”

“We were very happy with our 2 nights at the Four Points in Grande Prairie. Unfortunately, they lose one star because the public washrooms were ridiculously cold! Something needs to be done there but hopefully a fix is in the works. Otherwise, check-in was good, room was spotless (other than one burnt out light bulb) and bathroom was clean and fresh with white, fluffy towels available. We also attended a banquet while there and the lady serving was amazing; cleaning and taking care of the entire room super efficiently. Overall a great stay. I love swimming so the crystal clear pool and hot tub were fantastic added bonuses! Didn’t take advantage of the gym but that looked like a great option too. You will enjoy your stay here for sure!”
