“Este hotel está súper anticuado. Necesita ser completamente renovado. Tuvimos un problema con nuestras tuberías tanto en el inodoro como en la ducha, el sistema de calefacción emitía un olor a quemado, la luz de la entrada del techo parpadeaba constantemente y el teclado eléctrico de la puerta estaba roto, por lo que tuvimos que seguir bajando a la recepción. No podía expresar mi frustración al personal de limpieza porque los que estaban de guardia no hablaban bien inglés. Le hubiera dado 1 estrella, pero el personal fue muy servicial y el gerente nos ayudó mucho. Me encanta la marca Marriott, pero no me quedaría aquí en este lugar nuevamente hasta que traigan este lugar al código.”

“This hotel is super outdated. It needs to be completely renovated. We had a problem with our plumbing in both the toilet and shower, the heating system emitted a burning smell, the ceiling entry light flickered constantly, and the electric keypad on the door was broken so we had to keep going down to the front desk. I couldn't express my frustration to the housekeeping staff because the ones on duty didn't speak English well. I would have given 1 star but the staff was very accommodating and the manager helped us a lot. I love the Marriott brand but I wouldn't stay here at this location again until they bring this place up to code.”
