“We got in late after driving 3 hours to the university of Utah for medical issues. The front desk guy was very nice and helped us get a room. The room next to us was up all night I complained to the front desk around midnight with no results. While eating breakfast I seen one of the people from the room and asked the front desk about them. She told me they were homeless and staying there. I let her know they were all loud and up all night. Shen then said sorry but u will be checking out today right ? Seems the homeless here have more consideration than the paying customer. Please don’t go here.”

“Good rates, good breakfast. However front desk staff is very inconsistent in their quality of customer service. During my week long stay I had several issues while dealing with the front desk. It took them over an hour to put me in another room after I made 2 noise complaints regarding noisy neighbors. I had a broken hair dryer that they said couldn’t be fixed because mechanics were off duty (only to get called back half hour later to swap it with a vacant room’s hair dryer, the obvious solution). I was overcharged for a night that I had already cancelled with the front desk. Last but not least, when trying to call them to discuss my overcharged bill after the stay, I was put on hold for 10 minutes my first time calling. My second call back was either mistakenly or intentionally hung up after they heard it was me. I’m guessing the latter. Still, good breakfast for this price point.”
