“Unbelievable that this hotel would not rent a room to my 19 year old son. I called and attempted to pay for a room for my son whom had been driving all day and needed to stop and rest. I was informed by the manager on duty she would not rent to anyone under 21. This is unacceptable. My son can go and serve in the military and protect our great country but some hotels will not rent them a room. I will never stay in the hotel chain ever again and I’m sure my son and his families will not either.”
