Nice quite hotel. Close to some restaurants and a mall.

O quarto parece limpo, mas o banheiro estava sujo e o chuveiro tinha cabelo de outra pessoa no suporte de sabonete e você pode ver onde estava uma lâmina de barbear com pelos e mancha de sabão. Nem um pouco feliz.

The room seems clean but the bathroom was dirty and the shower had hair from someone else on soap holder and you can see where a razor was with hairs there and soap stain.Not happy at all.

La habitación parece limpia, pero el baño estaba sucio y la ducha tenía cabello de otra persona en el soporte de jabón y puedes ver dónde estaba una maquinilla de afeitar con pelos y manchas de jabón. Nada feliz.

The room is great the pool could be a little warmer

Para uma propriedade que é propriedade da Marriott, ficamos muito decepcionados e revoltados com este lugar. Deixe-me começar dizendo que as fotos enganam muito. Este hotel precisa de alguma remodelação e atualização séria. Tudo começou comigo percebendo coisas no quarto, como uma pia enferrujada, ventilação suja nojenta no banheiro, teias de aranha em acessórios e nos cantos e tudo ao redor mais velho e precisando de atualização. Meu marido e eu tomamos nossos banhos e nos arrumamos para dormir e então a pior parte desta estadia aconteceu. Comecei a entrar na cama e notei um inseto na cama e, obviamente, surtei. Não sou um especialista em insetos, mas tudo que posso dizer é que não era uma barata. Tirei uma foto rapidamente com meu telefone enquanto meu marido o pegava da cama e dava descarga. Em seguida, ligamos para a recepção à meia-noite e contamos o que estava acontecendo. Acabamos tendo que trocar de quarto no meio da noite apenas para ir para outro quarto que era um pouco melhor, mas felizmente sem insetos naquele quarto. Estávamos programados para ficar duas noites neste hotel e partir no dia seguinte. A única coisa positiva que posso dar a este hotel é a equipe que tratamos quando fizemos o check-in era um cara super legal. Quando saímos, o gerente pediu desculpas repetidamente para nós e foi muito bom. Tudo o que posso dizer é que este lugar precisa fazer melhor sendo um estabelecimento propriedade do Marriott!

Para una propiedad que es propiedad de Marriott, quedamos muy decepcionados y disgustados con este lugar. Permítanme comenzar diciendo que las imágenes son muy engañosas. Este hotel necesita una seria remodelación y actualización. Comenzó cuando noté cosas en la habitación como un fregadero oxidado, una desagradable ventilación sucia en el baño, telarañas en los accesorios y en las esquinas y todo alrededor más viejo y que necesitaba una actualización. Mi esposo y yo tomamos nuestras duchas y nos preparamos para ir a la cama y luego sucedió la peor parte de esta estadía. Empecé a meterme en la cama y noté un error en la cama y obviamente me asusté. No soy un experto en errores, pero todo lo que puedo decir es que no era una cucaracha. Tomé una foto rápidamente con mi teléfono mientras mi esposo lo tomaba de la cama y lo tiraba. Luego llamamos a la recepción a medianoche y les dijimos lo que estaba pasando. Terminamos teniendo que cambiar de habitación en medio de la noche solo para ir a otra habitación que estaba un poco mejor, pero afortunadamente no había bichos en esa habitación. Estábamos programados para quedarnos en este hotel dos noches y nos fuimos al día siguiente. Lo único positivo que puedo darle a este hotel es que el personal con el que tratamos cuando nos registramos era un tipo super agradable. Cuando hicimos el check out, el gerente se disculpó repetidamente con nosotros y fue muy agradable. ¡Todo lo que puedo decir es que este lugar necesita mejorar siendo una propiedad propiedad de Marriott!

For a property that is owned by Marriott we were very disappointed and disgusted by this place. Let me just start by saying the pictures are very deceiving. This hotel needs some serious remodeling and updating. It started off with me noticing things in the room like a rusty sink, nasty dirty vent in the bathroom, cobwebs on fixtures and in the corners and just all around older and needing updating. My husband and I took our showers and got ready for bed and then the worst part of this stay happen. I started to get in bed and noticed a bug on the bed and obviously freaked out. I'm not a bug expert but all I can say is it was not a roach. I snapped a photo of it quickly with my phone while my husband grabbed it off of the bed and flushed it. We then called down to the front desk at midnight and told them what was going on. We ended up having to switch rooms in the middle of the night only to go into another room that was just a little bit better but thankfully no bugs in that room. We were scheduled to stay in this hotel two nights and left the next day. The only positive thing I can give this hotel is the staff that we dealt with when we checked in was a super nice guy. When we checked out the manager repeatedly apologized to us and was very nice. All I can say is this place needs to do better being a property owned by Marriott!

El hotel estaba muy limpio y tranquilo. Las camas eran tan suaves y cómodas. En general, un hotel fantástico nos hubiera gustado tener más tiempo para quedarnos más tiempo.
