Stayed here on NYE before a flight out the following morning. Check in was a little slow but friendly. Tight parking lot and spaces. Did not use but decent looking pool and gym. Breakfast was slammed and the ladies did a fine job of keeping up with service and product. Needed more towels, called and requested at front desk and brought up in a reasonable amount of time. Furniture, fixtures and technology in the rooms could be updated.

I've had a lovely experience with the staff here. Rooms and are clean and customer service is exceptional! I give special praise to Roberto who manages the front desk on the evenings, such a nice respectful and generous man who is always helpful with any questions. The management team is really courteous as well thank you to all and happy holidays!

Room was clean and cozy. Aside from a maintenance/room availability issue the first night causing us to be moved to a different hotel for the night (which Fairfield paid for) the stay was smooth. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Eggs at the free breakfast we're good and the salsa was spicy. Location is great with lots of restaurants around and easy walking distance to the beach. The little convenience store is well stocked with snacks and drinks. Overall it's not a "resort" experience but for the price I'd absolutely stay here again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! Requested to have 2 queen beds at check in and was told that they were sold out. That’s fine. Everything was ok until 10:30pm at night. The restaurant next to the hotel was playing EXTREMELY loud music. So I called down to the FD and asked what time is the quiet hour. The guy told me the noise was from the restaurant next door and they don’t have any control of it, and can’t do anything about it. So I asked if we could get moved to another room that’s not near the restaurant side. He said the hotel was sold out and can’t move me. Guess what! The 2 QUEENS BED was available online!!! Shame on both of you who lied to me, and wouldn’t want to accommodate us. I can’t sleep for both nights and it was TERRIBLE!!!!! This is my last night staying in this hotel and this is 4am now, the loud music is STILL GOING ON!! The FD guy told me on the phone claiming that it would be going on until 1am, which is another lie!! He didn’t even offer me to move the next day. Instead, he was just saying that “we can’t do anything about it.” NO! You definitely could have done something about it to make it right, but you just didn’t even bother to do so! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. can’t sleep for 2 nights. My vacation was ruined. Thanks for that.

Decent stay under a budget of 160$ per night. Beware that you’re going to hear lot of karaoke from the bar next to this until 3AM. If you need peace of mind and zero noise this is not the right place for sure. Service is excellent though wit limited breakfast items.
