“Gotta go 5 stars. From the moment I walked in the front door to the lobby the staff has been amazing. We were a little early and asked for a special room and the attendant did everything within her power and ability (short of prepping the room herself) to accommodate us. While we waited she offered us a drink at the bar, bottled water, cookies and even a room credit for breakfast, which was all extremely unnecessary. Everything about the room was perfect, it's clean, quiet, comfortable and the soaps and shampoo are quite nice. Location is nice because you're close enough to everything so it's not a chore to go anywhere but just far enough out where you retain a little peace and quiet. Stay here! One night, long weekend or full vacation you won't regret it.”

“Decent suite hotel in North Naples. Breakfast is cook to order but nothing too special or interesting. The waiter (maybe a manager?) was very stressed and when I had a question about the bill he refused to correct it. Claimed I had to talk to the front desk and that he didn't want to make a scene. I thought the whole interaction was strange and rude.”
