I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Sawgrass and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to the malls and offers free transportation to them. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a complimentary baked cookie. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The customer service was excellent and the staff were warm and friendly. I also appreciated the easy access parking lot. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the malls.

The DoubleTree staff were all very nice. We arrived right before the restaurant closed our first night and the bartender made sure we were able to order dinner to go. The breakfast, although not included in our stay, was good-if not the best. We ate out the other two mornings. The pool and hot tub were very clean and easily accessible. Our shower was FANTASTIC, the beds were very comfortable and our room a good size. We were across the street from a terrific mall and will come back for a shopping trip. We were also within walking distance to the FLA Live Arena were we saw two concerts. Only complaints are that there was no coffee available 24 hours in he lobby-no coffee at all. Unless you want to pay for Starbucks. Also, the free water available for guests was put away by 10pm each night. Which meant we had to purchase water both nights after walking back from the concerts.

Perfect stay for a weekend shopping trip at Sawgrass Mills. Rooms were spacious and clean and contained a microwave and mini refrigerator. Direct TV options were good. In-house restaurant had excellent breakfast options and a Starbucks on property was great! Within walking distance or short Uber trio to most eateries.

After a long drive the reception team were pleasant even made sure we had snack. Now this sweet treat was warm chocolate cookie. The room was fresh and clean, not a spot on the mirror. The house keeping staff this morning said good morning and wished us safe travels. Check out was easy and they gave us cool water bottles for our trip home. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Prior to our arrival to the hotel, we received a phone call from the Front Office Manager, Ramy concerning our room. He stated that there was a guest at the hotel that needed our room which was a handicapped accessible room. Without hesitation I expressed to him yes! As long as we had a room I was truly grateful. Well because our willingness to switch rooms with the guest, our stay was upgraded as well as we were placed on the highest floor. Our overall stay thus far has been truly blessed.The front desk, the restaurant, the hotel stay and the banquet staff have truly exemplified the level of professionalism and standards that the Hilton brand has to offer! I’m truly glad that our church, True Holiness Tabernacle of Prayer, chose to use the Doubletree by Hilton in Sunrise, FL for our Holy Convocations 2022!

Que lástima ser de la cadena del Double Tree en estas condiciones que está el hotel. Me tocó el aire acondicionado con un ruido molesto, al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitación, encontrando el WC tapado, luces quemadas yel colmo, compré una ensalada en el lobby, pedí un recibo de pago y ne dieron un listado de ventas del día jajajaj. No repetiría

Nos hospedamos el 4 de junio de 2022, llegamos tipo 8 de la mañana y nos dieron la habitación, aprovechamos a dejar las valijas y luego bajamos a desayunar al buffet que posee el hotel, el mismo es pago pero muy completo y variado, hay distintas opciones. El hotel cuenta con un Starbucks como así también un sector para comprar bebidas, medicamentos o algún snack . Nosotros fuimos sin auto y la ubicación es excelente, al Sawgrass se llega caminando dado que el hotel se encuentra enfrente, a menos de 10' caminado también está walmart yRoss. Cabe aclarar que si se alquila auto el hotel posee estacionamiento gratuito y techado. Quiero destacar la atención de Rosa de recepción , súper atenta y amable en todo momento, ojalápodamos volver pronto. No se olviden de degustar las galletas de bienvenida ,son riquísimas .

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I've been dealing with a billing issue and service issue with this hotel. Poor customer service from the front desk person Eric.Four message left with manager no return call. Two messages left with the accounting person no return call.But best of all was Eric the front desk person’s statement, “ I don't know how to help you”.There are better hotels in the area please consider patronizing those establishments where you as a consumer will be respected

Fui huesped desde el 29 de Abrilal 5 de Mayo de 2022, al hacer el check in me debitaron de mi targeta de debito un monto por garantia mismo que a la fecha de hoy 16 de Junio de 2022 aun no me han reembolsado. Fui huesped en la habitacion 705 y cuando me comunique con hotels.comme dijeron que en 5 dias laborables me hiban a reembolsar el monto de garantia. En hotels.com registraron mis reclamos con los numeros # 125449187 y el # 116521926, pero la verdad que nadie puede garantizarme la devolucion de mi dinero retenido por el hotel double tree by hilton hotel sunrise, ojala fueran tal rapidos para devolver la garantia como para cobrarla. Lamentablemente esta es la unica forma de hacer conocer mi reclamovolvi a mi pais hace mas de un mes y aun no tengo mi reenvoldo de la garanti

This hotel is one of a kind! With great attention to details, wonderful service with our room and restaurant.My partner and I booked for two night, but we ended up extending our stay! We enjoyed all of the accommodations, friendly services, and comfort we received. Oh and the cookies are soooooo good!!! My partner could not get enough of those! Big shout out to Cece- who made our stay wonderful from checking us in, taking care of any discomfort we may or may not have felt, to being friendly and welcoming! Cece we appreciate you! When ever we went to the counter she ALWAYS greeted us with a smile. When we came down for breakfast or to go explore she greeted us with good morning! Your kindness in meeting our needs made our stay special. She truly made our stay memorable! Thank you Cece for the hospitality you’ve shown! :) we would like to also shout out Robert in the Restaurant, it was great being served by you! Your kindness and willingness to meet our needs was truly appreciated!

We got a handicap room (did not ask for it) on the third floor with a view of the rooftop of the restaurant complete with all the mechanical doodads. The rug was wet, the room was cold and damp and there was a strange gurgling noise that kept me up all night ( like being in an aquarium). I wanted to change rooms, but my husband was exhausted (we arrived really late) and was too tired to change and went straight to bed. When we checked out, the clerk asked how our stay was and I told her. She apologized, gave me a cookie and a Starbucks certificate (actually she offered us breakfast, but we did not have time). She said the manager would call me to discuss our stay, but THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Considering the room was a couple hundred bucks, you would think the room would have been better. It was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, it was not. In their reply: "We would have loved to know this when it happened so that we could have rectified the situation." You were told. You chose not to contact us (left my phone number and name). Guess you had no intention of any reparation for a sub-par room.

Good afternoon, I checked out if this hotel today after staying for the past 2 nights. I’m quite dissatisfied with my stay. I did not receive any housekeeping service. There was alive roach in the bathroom and another one crawling in my daughters luggage. I spoke with the housekeeper on my way from the room and she was apologetic. I did address it when I checked out with the front desk, but no apologies. She only took off 25% of my restaurant bill. I believe I should have been compensated in a more meaningful way.

Hotel com instalações muito boas e staff muito bem preparado. Bom café da manhã, com opção de frutas além do tradicional Americano (ovos, bacon, salsicha, etc). Vale a pena se inscrever no HHonors para conseguir bom desconto no café da manhã e preferência por late checkout. Muito próximo ao Sawgrass Mills Outlet e com transfer a todo momento para lá e de lá para hotel, bastando ligar. Próximo a outros estabelecimentos como Walmart e BestBuy. Estacionamento coberto gratuito e Wi-Fi boa grátis, com opção de pagar a mais para uma internet de melhor qualidade.

Esse lugar possui além do otimo atendimento uma localização impecável. Bem de frente a uma das entradas do Sawgrass. Além disso possui um Starbucks dentro do hotel e também uma padaria ótima com pão francês bem perto. Os quartos são grandes e limpeza impecável dentro do padrão Hilton. Possui estacionamento bem na frente coberto e gratis. Piscina boa. Dá para ficar uns 3 dias para quem gosta de uma maratona de compras. Ah e tem uma van exclusiva para levar e buscar para o Sawgrass Outlets.

Pelo valor cobrado teria que estar incluso café da manhã, tinha um time de alguma modalidade de esporte hospedado no hotel, o atendimento era preferencial deles os outros hóspedes ficaram em segundo plano, não volto mais e não recomendo

For the most part, a pretty nice hotel. Rooms and facilities are clean and well-decorated. Beds are comfortable, TVs are large, and towels are plentiful. Overall, not a bad place to spend a few days. I only have two complaints: 1. The water in the showers is quite hot no matter how you adjust it, enough to be painful after a day out getting sunburned, and 2. The plugs in the lamp on the bedside table are too loose to create a secure connection, forcing you to choose between charging your phone overnight and having it nearby to use its alarm.

The front desk people were very nice and the room was very clean. I will go back anytime that I visit.The shower is everything the water pressure is just right and I love that you cannot get off the first floors without a key card .No intruders.Love it.

EXCELLENT! The only issues is that the food selection for the restaurant us very small with no kid's choices and quite pricey. Service is a little slower in there as well. However, Joe, the bartender is GREAT at the bar!

The desk staff were excellent. The rooms were dated but clean. Housekeeping did a great job. There is a fitness center as well as swimming pool. The restaurant area a bit small but food was good . Internet is complimentary . Parking was great . I would have given them 5 stairs but the Hilton has a history of abusing Muslim Chinese. For major events their sales people are great . You can’t go to your floor until you swipe your key within the elevator . Each room has a safe , iron , coffee machine

Really nice hotel, the rooms are bit dated … but they are well kept, and comfortable.The staff are incredibly friendly and polite… the breakfast I was expecting something a bit less… but it was actually very nice with good options.I would stay here again

Horrible service from front desk staff. We arrived at 4:30pm on a Saturday for a wedding, and were told our room was "not ready". Then we were put on a call list, we waited over an hour for them to call and say our room was ready. They never called us. Finally after over an hour we went back up to the desk and demanded our room, (that we already were charged full price for) informing them we were already late for the wedding and needed to get ready. They were extremely rude and dismissive of us. Finally the manager Diane stuck us in a loud room next to the elevator as punishment. When we asked for a lower rate for the horrible service and inconvenience. The manager Diane said "it's only been 1 hour, so we can only offer you free breakfast". Totally unacceptable service from a Hilton brand.

Probably the best thing about this hotel was our bartender and server, Joe. He was so welcoming and kind. He certainly made us feel at home from the moment we stepped into the restaurant.I highly recommend visiting Joe if you stay at this hotel 😊

Wow! I have been at the double tree for 6 days for an event and all I can say is this place is amazing! Clean rooms, comfy beds and not to mention such quality service!! The staff at thistle place blew me away! Diane, Cece, Stephanie and the front desk staff were phenomenal! The events manager Wayne, Engineer Wayne and Cristian went above and beyond to make our event and experience first class! And to the bartender who is in a league of his own, Joe the Filipino! That guy deserves employee of the year! All I can say to everyone at this hotel is thank you thank you thank you. Thank you for greeting us with a smile even behind the mask. Thank you for treating us like royalty. It is truly appreciated. To stay at this hotel and have an event is an experience within itself!

El hotel cuenta con una ubicación magestuosa, rodeado de areas verdes que teayudan a relajarte. La limpieza ydecoración son impleclables, todo en perfecta armonía. La amplitudo de los pasillps, acensores y habitaciones, no tienen comparación La amabilidad de los trabajadores, la somrisa y el tono de voz càlido al hablar te hacen sentir especial. Como contrarespuesta, le repito que el problema se produce por que después de la tercera noche, solicitamos la limpieza de la habitación, y está no se hizo, por esta razón nos dirigimos a la recepción, donde la Persona de turno fue muy poco amable y no nos quería dar solución, tuvo que intervenir otro pasajero de nacionalidad cubana para que ella nos diera una solución. Conocemos perfectamente lo qué pasa por el COVID, sin embargo otros empleados nos comentaron que ustedes están llenando sus hoteles con la mitad del personal, explotando a sus colaboradores, y que por esta razón la atención hoy es tan deficiente.

This is a great hotel. We were greeted by a very nice desk person. Received two warm cookies. The room was very clean and spacious. Entire hotel very nice - including pool and hot tub. Our flight was hours after check out and the staff easily stored our luggage with no fuss. It was in walking distance to the mall which we enjoyed exploring while there. We would absolutely stay here again.
