“The hotel is undergoing major renovations, so our stay shouldn't be the standard here. Our room was definitely outdated, but was very spacious and comfortable. Once it's all done, I'm sure it will be lovely. The staff was excellent and most helpful. I would stay here again.
PS- our room, a suite, did not have a refrigerator or microwave, which turned out to be a bigger inconvenience than I would have anticipated.... You may want to keep this in mind.”

“My family and I are extremely busy, so when we have a couple of days to hang out, we like to book hotels with pools and jacuzzi’s for quick getaways. We have kids so a pool and jacuzzi are a must. No where on the site I used to book the hotel did it say there pool and jacuzzi were closed due to renovations. So we get there and get all ready for the pool and it’s closed. Just feels like a waste, because if we would have known we would have stayed somewhere else. In addition, the lady at the front desk was not very nice about the whole thing. She was the font desk manager and seemed to have no idea how to help me with the problem. She did give us free breakfast coupons, but it’s hard to tell excited kids that there is no pool. Plus the pictures made the hotel rooms look much nicer then they are. The whole place is pretty run down. Also the restaurant that was supposed to be open was closed. The sign right outside of the restaurant posted the hours, which were clearly wrong. So overall this place was a huge disappointment.”
