“I have stayed at this hotel more than 5 times in the last couple of years. The staff are amazing, so attentive and polite. The Aircon is difficult to use, I still haven't mastered it. The gym is small but has a good range of cardio and weights, it just gets very hot if the sun is streaming in through the windows. The breakfast is generally good except for the scrambled eggs, they are always overcooked, as if they were done in the microwave. The card swipe system in the lift doesn't work very well which is irritating. The rooms are comfortable, shower is very good, although the cleaning staff reguarly forget to top up the shower gel.it would be better if they had a proper office chair in the rooms to work from. Pillows are soft, I would prefer firmer pillows. For the price, this is a good hotel and the wonderful reception staff is what makes me keep coming back.”
