Eu estava reservando quartos de hotel com essa empresa, mas nunca vou reservar com eles novamente. Aqui está minha carta para o gerente geral da Sonesta selecionar Summerlin las Vegas, NV.Olá Sra. Myers,Não foi o fato de que ela não poderia me oferecer o quarto por $ 72,00, foi que ela não me ofereceu nada. Como uma das principais organizações de artes em Nevada, eu entendo sobre os períodos de pico e que as taxas mudam ao longo do ano. Mas quando um cliente está dizendo que precisa de dois quartos de hotel no seu hotel para 24 noites e você não dá uma taxa, afirma que você claramente não quer os negócios dele. Fico feliz que você tenha contas tão grandes, mas também sou uma pequena empresa e às vezes organizo grandes eventos e conferências aqui na cidade. Eu também trago artistas de todo o mundo. Minha empresa faz turnês tanto nacional quanto internacionalmente, então eu teria procurado ficar em outras localidades do Sonesta. Você e seus constituintes deixaram bem claro que os hotéis Sonesta Select buscam apenas fazer negócios com grandes empresas. Então, vou me certificar de que, quando prensistas e produtores e competições de dança estão procurando um hotel anfitrião. Vou informá-los de que sua empresa não gosta de lidar com pequenas organizações de base. Sra. Myers, haverá novamente um dia, especialmente nesta época de ambição, em que você precisará de organizações como a minha. É uma pena que você veja apenas o dinheiro e não o benefício de promover relacionamentos dentro de sua própria comunidade.

I was booking hotel rooms with this company, but I will never book with them again. Here is my letter to the general manager at Sonesta select Summerlin las Vegas, NV.Hello Ms. Myers,It wasn't the fact that she couldn't offer me the room at $72.00 it was that she didn't offer me anything at all. As one of the top Arts organizations in Nevada, I understand about peak seasons and that rates change throughout the year. But when a customer is saying they need two hotel rooms at your hotel for 24 nights and you don’t give them a rate at all, states you clearly don’t want their business. I'm glad you have such huge accounts, but I am also a small company and I do at times host large events and conferences here in the city. I also bring in artist from all over the world.My company tours both nationally and internationally so I would have looked to staying in other Sonesta locations. You and your constituents have made it abundantly clear that Sonesta Select Hotels are Looking to only doing business with large businesses. So I will make sure that when prenseters and producers and dance competitions are looking for a host hotel. I will let them know that your business does not like to handle small grass roots organizations.Ms. Myers, There will again be a day especially in this time of covid that you will need organizations like mine. It's a shame that you only see the dollar and not the benefit of fostering relationships within your own community.

Este é o melhor e o pior dos hotéis. O quarto era limpo e decorado com bom gosto. Ame a responsabilidade ambiental dos sabonetes nos chuveiros. Mas todo o resto foi, bem, um fracasso.O ar-condicionado estava tão alto a noite toda que não conseguíamos dormir. Não havia café disponível no motel. Não havia panos de limpeza no quarto. Tive que perseguir um secador de cabelo que ninguém parecia ser capaz de encontrar.As taxas eram bastante altas, mas eu pensei que o quarto seria bom, então eu paguei e esperava uma boa estadia. Cara, eu estava desapontado.Eu amo o Sonesta, mas eu nunca ficaria neste hotel novamente.

Love the room. The front desk service at night dosent have that much experience an is only one person. Restaurants around walking distance. The pool was clean.

This is the best of hotels and the worst of hotels. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Love the environmental responsibility of the soaps in the showers. But everything else was, well, a failure. The AC was so loud all night that we couldn’t sleep. There was no coffee available in the motel. There were no washcloths in the room. Had to chase down a blow dryer which no one seemed to be able to find. The rates were quite high, but I thought the room would be nice so i paid it and looked forward to a nice stay. Boy was I disappointed. I love Sonesta but I would never stay at this hotel again.

Obviamente, é um hotel antigo, mas eles fazem um trabalho muito bom em manter as coisas limpas. A cama era muito boa. O chuveiro e os banheiros eram muito limpos e tudo funcionou bem. Há um pequeno bar / restaurante agradável no primeiro andar e a comida é muito boa. Era também um hotel muito tranquilo que eu realmente gostei.

It's obviously an older Hotel but they do a very good job of keeping things clean. The bed was very nice. The shower and bathrooms were very clean and everything worked well. There's a nice little bar / restaurant on the first floor and the food is very good. It was also a very quiet hotel which I really appreciated.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was chosen primarily for its location. It served my needs for a place to stay and I would come back again. They charged a $40 "Incidental Fee", which is just another name for a resort fee.

In the past we have stayed at this hotel. They are open but it is very sad to see most of the Staff is off work due to the pandemic. We especially missed the night clerk - JOSH -He was always so nice and doing everything he could to make us feel welcomed. We hope he returns soon as well as the other people who really made this place great. We are really lucky they are open- good stay.😷

Got to stay at this marvelous hotel when visiting with my Grandfather letting him meet his Grandson In Law and Great Grandson. I believe the young woman Kara who worked there made sure we had everything we needed. Felt very much at home. The night crew was just as pleasant. Shall be returning later. Very comfy beds!

No free breakfast, which I found out ahead of time, but still kind of lame. As a frequent traveler, I typically get free breakfast at all Marriott properties, and since they only had paid breakfast, they offered me a $10/day credit, but since I was traveling with my family of five, that was basically worthless—we opted for cereal and milk from a grocery store. Room was nice and clean. We used the pool almost every day of our five day stay, which they kept at a nice temperature in winter (we were there over the new year). The hot tub was also a big hit. We had to ask for pool towels almost every time—felt like they were rationing them, or something—a bit of a hassle to go all the way back in, to the front desk, if there weren’t enough towels outside (especially in a swimsuit).

Red Rock Canyon is 20 minutes away. This location doesn't have a casino inside which is awesome. No hidden resort fees. Easy free parking. Hiking and exploring the Red Rocks has never been easier! I will stay here again.
