“This week was my 12th time staying here over a year and a half.I have never had a issue here.The rooms are clean and comfortable.They are cleaned daily if you like.There is a lot of really food close by and in the bistro.There is gas station mini mart across the street. The morning Bistro attendant Kristina is a real pleasure to talk to she does a great job she is very attentive to your needs and i always leave with a smile on my face. Kateri the evening Bistro attendant is another awesome person.She will make your food really quick.Deliver it to your room if you ask.She has made me some pretty cool drinks when I didn'tknow what I wanted so i let her run with it am I'm never disappointed.She is a person that listens and is great to have conversation with.She even made me fresh chocolate chip cookies when they ran out. I have met Nick the GM and have hand many cool conversation just a great guy. Emily the AGM has been there a while and Ive known her the longest.I must say the is the key person that makes this place run like a well oiled machine.She has always go above and beyond.Always asks how my stay is going.Always asks me if there is anything else the staff can do.I see her interactions with her coworkers and she is awesome.She is always so nice and treats everybody with more compassion that I have ever seen. I love this Hotel and wont go anywhere else.Great staff and a great place to stay. Esta semana foi a minha 12ª vez ficando aqui mais de um ano e meio. Eu nunca tive um problema aqui. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. Eles são limpos diariamente, se você quiser. bistro.There é mini-mart de posto de gasolina do outro lado da rua. A atendente do Bistro da manhã Kristina é um verdadeiro prazer conversar com ela faz um ótimo trabalho ela é muito atenta às suas necessidades e eu sempre saio com um sorriso no rosto. Kateri, a atendente do bistrô da noite, é outra pessoa incrível. Ela fará sua comida muito rápido. Entregue no seu quarto, se você pedir. Ela me fez algumas bebidas muito legais quando eu não sabia o que queria, então a deixei correr com ela é que eu nunca estou desapontado. Ela é uma pessoa que ouve e é ótima para conversar. Ela até me fez biscoitos de chocolate frescos quando eles acabaram. Eu conheci Nick, o GM, e tenho muitas conversas legais, apenas um cara legal. Emily, a AGM, está lá há algum tempo e eu a conheço há mais tempo. Devo dizer que é a pessoa-chave que faz este lugar funcionar como uma máquina bem lubrificada. Ela sempre se supera. Sempre pergunta como está indo minha estadia. Sempre me pergunta se há mais alguma coisa que a equipe possa fazer. Eu vejo suas interações com seus colegas de trabalho e ela é incrível. Ela é sempre tão legal e trata todos com mais compaixão do que eu já vi. Eu amo este hotel e não vai em outro lugar. Excelente equipe e um ótimo lugar para ficar.”
